Lagoon view villa with office, easy walk to beach!

Enjoy this spacious 2nd floor villa with a large bedroom and a bonus room that can be used as a second bedroom or work space. Expansive dining area windows offer views of the lagoon and live oaks. Kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless appliances; bathroom is tastefully updated. Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided. WiFi and flat screen smart TVs throughout. Expansive bedroom and living area invite you to relax after a day on the beach, tennis court or golf course. The villa has 2 parking spaces.

One pet under 35 pounds is welcome in the villa. A $75 non-refundable pet deposit is required. We request when the pet is left unattended in the villa they be kept in a crate.

Great Stay

Property manager was responsive to all of my inquiries and very accommodating to my needs. Villa was well maintained, clean, and had adequate and necessary supplies for our stay. Would stay at this location again.

Great spot!

This is a great rental unit. The owner was very helpful and even provided coffee pods for check-in. It was a little thing that made the difference. I would definitely recommend this place.

Wonderful Dog Friendly Property

Condo is exactly as described and we loved having the extra room to work in and a very comfortable bed in the master bedroom. So glad we were able to bring our dog and enjoyed many walks to the nearby beautiful beach! Thanks for a great visit to Kiawah!

Communication was excellent. The condo was clean and well taken care of. Area was nice. We had a bit of trouble with the thermostat for the AC while we were there but to be fair we weren’t familiar with how to use it so it may have been on a timer to shut off at certain times? Overall it was a great stay and we’d stay here again.

Very nice!

Nicely decorated, fully equipped kitchen, however did not eat in. Master has very comfy king bed. Would stay if we ever visit the area again.

Very nice place!

The condo was very clean and comfortable, as advertised. Nicely furnished with everything we needed! It was so nice to be able to bring our dog max with us! He stayed in his pen at night and when we weee out. We would come back for sure, I hope next April again! The weather was so perfect!

Perfect location

Everything as expected. The weather was not great but this unit was set up comfortably so we could play games and watch movies inside. Owner was easy to communicate with as well.

Comfortable and well supplied with all necessities! We had great weather and found the furnishings very comfortable and in great condition. TV options were appropriate and our dog loved the many walks to the beach and through the neighborhood. Just the right size for us and no complaints. We would stay there again, when we return to SC.

Exceptional!

This place was so wonderful in so many ways! The villa was spotless and very well stocked with amenities like soaps, kitchen supplies, and even K cups and coffee creamer. I didn’t expect so much attention to detail, and it was greatly appreciated! The decor was beautiful, comfy, and inviting! In terms of location, it is perfect! Just a short walk to the beach and very close to the Sanctuary, which was convenient for getting a glass of wine or watching a sunset. This place really is perfect, and I would stay here again snd again. If it ever goes up for sale, I might even buy it. Truly spectacular! Thank you for providing the bikes! Very nice touch. You really thought about the comfort and convenience of the people who rent your place.

Wonderful villa tucked away

My mom and I were there for a mother/daughter trip. The house was clean, spacious, and a great place to stay off the beaten path. Martin was a wonderful host and checked in on us periodically throughout the trip. We loved how it was so quiet and peaceful, yet close to the beach.

Great location

The property was perfect for us. Very short walk to the beach. Loved having the bikes. First day we took the wagon and beach chairs. Next few days we just rode the bikes to the beach. It was so nice to have everything we needed without having to bring anything. I would highly recommend this location and will definitely stay again if we're back in the area. Host was very responsive in answering questions prior to our trip.
