The Space:

This spacious, dog-friendly Creek Watch Villa has marsh and tidal creek views that guests can enjoy from inside or in the screen-in porch. The community pool, crabbing dock, and marsh lookout are a short walk away. Bring along the kayak or paddleboard to launch at the boat launch next door!



What’s nearby:

Kiawah Beachwalker Park, just five-and-a-half miles from the villa, is a popular public beach equipped with bathrooms and amenities like beach-accessible wheelchairs. Dining and shopping at Freshfields Village is just under three miles away. A short 22 mile drive will take you to downtown Charleston, where you can enjoy shopping, fine dining, and local historic tours.

This property comes with access to Seabrook Island's Lake House ONLY and requires an Amenity Card. Visit the Seabrook Island Club's Guest Amenity Guide online for information and to purchase Amenity cards.

Parking Notes: There are 2 parking spots available for use. 1 parking pass is automatically paid for when booking the reservation. Any additional parking passes are $40 + taxes.



Important Things to Know:

You will have access to The Lake House Fitness Center where use of the unheated outdoor pool is free using a provided QR code. For $15/day at The Lake House, there is also an indoor fitness pool and gym. Fitness classes are available for an extra fee and do not require the purchase of the $15 pass.

This property is not a Seabrook Island Club Member, and you will not have access to The Beach Club, Golf, or Club Dining. You will only have access to your rental property itself, the beach, and the Lake House amenities described above. If your rental property is part of a complex with a community pool, you will have access to that as those amenities are separate from the Seabrook Island Club.

It was perfect for what we needed. Spacious, pet friendly. We rented bikes and had a marvelous time. Space we utilized the most was the screened in porch.

Outdated and the screen door is so hard to open on the too floor. Stay was fine and nice to see that dogs are able to stay but would prefer some updating to the rental.

We were disappointed with this rental. On the plus side, it was clean, spacious, and had all the basics. Casago is prompt and. Clear with their communications. But the unit is in need of some key repairs- the upstairs AC is provided by a freestanding unit vented out one of the windows and sealed with cardboard and duct tape. The upstairs slider is almost immovable, requiring me to use my full body weight to open it enough to reach the screen porch. In addition, the unit could use a refresh. The furniture is showing its age and isn’t very comfortable. Some of the upholstered pieces are getting that greasy texture old furniture in need of a deep clean can get. Even at Kiawah prices, we did not feel the place is worth the price. I’ve contacted Casago about a partial refund.

We had a lovely time at Seabrook Island. The villa was clean, overlooking the marshes, which was nice. The furniture is typical beach house, but the mattress in the second bedroom is worn out. The walls are paper thin. We could clearly hear the neighbors in the adjacent unit, and if one person was awake in the villa, everyone was awake. The kitchen and bathrooms definitely need an update, and the kitchen is not stocked well with silverware, glasses and plates. My daughter and I couldn't open or close the sliding glass door to the patio, it required a lot of muscle. The big problem is the AC. The bedrooms are on the first floor, and well air conditioned. However, the only thermostat is on that level. When you go upstairs to the kitchen and living room the temperature is at least 5 degrees higher making it quite warm (it wasn't even very hot when we were there). The price was reasonable, but remember...you cannot buy a beach club amenities pass . That was not clear to me, but I pleaded with the amenities office, and they did agree to sell me one. Beautiful place to visit, the unit is basic, and clean.
