私たちの住居はオルティセイの南斜面にあり、レストラン、バー、お店から徒歩10分の静かで日当たりの良いリラックスした場所にあります。 すぐ近くには、Raschötz（100m）からのケーブルカーと、多くのハイキングクライミングとスキーを提供する軌道セケダ（400m）があります。 ゲストにはさらにリラクゼーションを提供するため、私たちの家には屋内プールがあり、小さなスパにはフィンランド式サウナ、アロマシャワー、ソラリウム、リラクゼーションルームがあります。

Top-notch Accommodations

We were a mother and daughter staying at Casa Sassella in a one-bedroom unit. Barbara was able to answer any question we asked her. She recommended Restorante Trubladel in Ortisei. She even phoned to make a reservation for us. She helped us with bus connections in town. She explained how to get to the shopping area of Ortisei on foot. Accommodations were very clean. We particularly enjoyed the saunas, pool and outdoor hot tub. The views from our balcony and the hot tub were superb. My daughter’s comment was “I love the smell of pine when I go to sleep at night”. Highly recommend Casa Sassela.

Gorgeous property in excellent condition and outstanding hosts. Our stay was absolutely perfect with one exception. We were under the impression that it was a bit closer to town than we discovered but we have a fix for you. We did not have a car so we arrived in Ortisei via the 350 bus from Bolzano. It drops off at Antoniusplatz. It is steep walk to the Residence, sometimes on cobblestone streets. Tough carrying luggage, especially if you are older, as we are. Great solutions are to arrange with The Residence for transport from the piazza or catch the local 355.3 bus which drops off in front of the Residence or hire a taxi. The hike was just a bit more than we anticipated and hips and knees suffered. Once there, they provided us transport to town though many people would enjoy the walk. The local buses are free and Cesa Residence Sassela is most accommodating. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. Other than the trek uphill dragging luggage, our visit could not have been better. Thank you to Artur who drove us to town at our every whim. He's the best. The room was spacious, immaculate and well-appointed. Daily room service was provided. The fresh towels were appreciated. No A/C but is was very comfortable and they gladly provided a fan. Our room was on the main floor (bonus). Great balcony with a great view. We ordered breakfast which arrived at our room daily at 7:30. The cost was a bit extra so it was so handy and wonderful to enjoy breakfast while soaking in the views.

Wonderful Property

The property is wonderful. Great rooms; spacious and well equipped. Cesa Sassela also had a beautiful pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. The staff (Barbara) was very helpful with advice and reservations, It is a bit of a longer walk back up the hill from the village, but we enjoyed the exercise, especially after a big meal. We really appreciated a great stay!!! We will be back again.

Hellhörigkeit

Alles top, wobei das Objekt relativ hellhörig und auf jeden Fall Stühle unbedingt mit dickem Filz zu versehen sind. Jede stuhlwegung ist sonst hörbar, da sich die Mitbewohner hierüber natürlich keine Gedanken machen

Ein perfekter Aufenthalt in einem sehr gut geführten Feriendomizil

Es fehlte uns an nichts. Brötchenservice, alle 3 Tage wurde die Ferienwohnung gereinigt , Handtücher ausgetauscht, Sauna und Schwimmbadbenutzung waren perfekt geregelt. Eventuell könnte man die Küche ( bessere Kaffeemaschine ) etwas hochwertiger ausstatten.. Aber wir kommen wieder..Liebe Grüße...

Best Vacation Lodging on a 3 week Italian vacation!

This rental is truly the best of all worlds. Its view is over a spectacular valley along with multiple mountains with gondolas etc. clearly visible and accessible during your stay. The decor and amenities are all tasteful, thoughtful and perfect. Barbara, the front desk receptionist is fabulous and helpful in countless ways and her English is excellent. She is the epitome of graciousness. The electronic blackout shades in the bedroom were a real plus. Thanks to her and her great staff!!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit wunderbarem blick auf den Langkofel

Wir haben das stilvoll eingerichtete Apartment mit Balkon sehr genossen, ebenso die Sauna und das Schwimmbecken im Untergeschoss. Das Apartment erschien uns noch recht neu nach der Renovierung: schönes, sauberes Bad, funktionale Küchenzeile mit viel Geschirr und Kochutensilien, Kühlschrank mit extra Kühlfach ... Wir wurden sehr freundlich willkommen geheißen und über die verschiedenen touristischen Möglichkeiten informiert, auch über die verschiedenen Bahnen/Lifte. Gefreut haben wir uns über Gratis-Busfahrkarten, mit denen wir im Grödental fahren konnten. Sehr schön ist, dass das Haus ganz nah an der Raschötzbahn steht und eine Bushaltestelle gleich vor dem Haus ist. Wir konnten das Wandern im sonnigen Oktober sehr genießen.
