You will enjoy this lakefront, ground level unit with amazing lake views in a quiet, no wake cove. When you walk in you will immediately feel the nautical vibe. Enjoy your morning coffee and your evening cocktail on the screened-in porch overlooking the lake. Mariner’s Village is part of the Mariner’s Landing community. Your resort fee will give you access to 2 outdoor pools, an indoor pool, hot tubs, 2 beaches, fitness center, tennis courts, pickleball courts, playgrounds, walking trails, restaurants and more. Mariner’s Landing also offers golf and short-term boat slip rentals. You don’t have a boat? No problem...on-site boat, jet ski and paddle board rentals are within the community just minutes from the condo. Great Vacation Place

What a wonderful place to stay. Great location. Close to the lake, pool, gym, pickleball and golf. Nice and quiet. The house was decorated very nicely and well-equipped with everything you need for a nice stay. Kudos to the owners!! They made it very easy and we had a great vacation.

Absolutely wonderful

The condo was close to the beach area that the children loved swimming in. Brandy was extremely helpful and available when contacting her in reference to renting the condo. The condo was decorated beautifully, clean and well supply. We will be contacting Brandy for renting again

Beautiful property! Steps to water. Beautiful morning view from porch.

Beautiful condo. Really clean and decor was super cute blue white lake theme. Condo well equipped. Nice beds and good pillows. Keurig and lots of dishes & equipment in kitchen. Enjoyed our stay and will stay same place again. Many thanks!

The property is newly upgraded and spotless. We loved everything down to the bed and pillows. Easy access to the boat slip. Nice pools and beachy area. We loved it.

Peaceful

The condo and location was very quiet and relaxing. Beach and amenities were very close within walking distance. Recommend a super fluke chartreuse pearl for the fishermen. There’s a monster carp that probably still has my lure in its mouth lol.

Lovely Lake Condo

Looking for comfortable accommodations in a quiet setting, we selected this rental property and were not disappointed. It was great, and even the weather cooperated with sunshine and low humidity. Much appreciated in southern Virginia in mid-August! The no-wake zone was just we needed to test a new kayak and to make use of a favorite paddleboard. The condo is decorated beautifully and has everything we needed. We enjoyed it and the lake so much that we were happy to just stay right there the entire time. Delightful!

Perfect Lakecation!

We had a perfect family lakecation here! Wonderful layout of the condo and had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The decor and renovations were perfection. So fresh and nautical throughout! Loved the Mariners Landing community and the access to so many amenities. We visited the Pointe beach and pool several times. The other pool with kiddie pool and two slides was located just up the hill from the condo so we went there almost daily. The screened in porch was the perfect spot to enjoy morning and late afternoon downtime. Our family (kids ages, 2 & 8) loved it and made many awesome memories here!!! Can’t wait to visit again.

Easter holiday w/ son attending college nearby

All wonderful . Will definitely return . I’d like to suggest a remote control for master bedroom fan as it’s a bit difficult to reach up in addition to the extra high mattress although the mattress quality is phenomenal :-) In addition ; it would be nice to have a least a couple K-cups available to guests for nothing more than their 1st morning of their stay as I awoke with the other coffee maker ( not the Keurig) not working . Owner was wonderful about it on every level though and offered her best as she was not aware of it not working .

Great place to stay

Loved how clean and quiet the condo was. If your looking for a place to stay I would definitely recommend stay here. I just wish it was more lake level than then listing described. But other then that we will definitely be back.

Long weekend at sml

It was such a beautiful place in a great location. Brandy was amazing and responded very quickly with any questions I had. Easy check in and out process.
