Beautiful spacious home in the quiet suburban neighborhood ideal for family or business trip. This house has two levels with enough room for comfortable stay of 6 people with possibility to have 4 more guests occupying our convertible sofa beds. The house is conveniently located close to stores, restaurants, easy access to US69 highway. Enjoy tasteful décor, comfortable new beds and freshly laundered bedding/towels. If you have a larger group ask us about our other properties on the same street.
No parties/ events are allowed, no pets, it's a quiet suburban neighborhood.

Great location

I will say the first impression of the house isn't great, but don't let that deter you. The inside is great! There were a few things to be fixed on the inside, but nothing that affected our stay. We loved how many rooms and beds there were for our group of 5, and the beds were so comfortable and the linens clean and smelled good. It was really nice to have 2 large tvs to use. Both bathrooms were clean, and we appreciated all the towels at our disposal. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed. Loved having ice! The garage was a major plus and was the perfect size for our mid-sized SUV. Anything much bigger might have trouble. The best part of our stay was the location. We were close to so many restaurants and fun things to do. Boris was great, and we would definitely stay at one of his homes again.

Nice, would stay again.

A little cleaner would be a plus, but at first glance is clean and looks very pretty. The neighborhood is nice and very quiet. The bed in the master hard, no divots, very even but hard. This is good for some but not for us. My son slept like an angel in the twin beds room but he’s 6. However the walls are thin and if you use the restroom in the middle of the night/early morning it woke him up. There was another bedroom down stairs but we opted to all stay upstairs. All in all a nice stay and the owner stayed in contact, though we didn’t need anything. Close to husband’s office and close to everything else…Deanna Rose Farmstead, Pairiefire Museum, multiple disc golf courses. Very centrally located!

Totally loved the VRBO...there was a wall of outlets in the kitchen that didn’t work at all. We had to move things around in order to utilize the microwave and the coffee machine. (Not a big problem). We would have loved to have (washable) throw blankets on the beds and the couch and xtra pillows in the bedrooms...but overall loved the facility. ❤️
