Scott was great as a host, even sharing a laugh after an entrance snafu. Property was perfect for the occasion and matched the description exactly. We didn't have the opportunity to use the backyard ammenities, but looked like it would have been great on a milder spring or fall evening; next time. Would definitely stay again if/when in the KC area.

We had an AMAZING experience!! Super clean, plenty of blankets, and a great backyard area for s’mores and relaxing! Also an incredibly convenient location! Would highly recommend!!

Best vrbo I have stayed at! It was clean and well-kept, not run-down at all. Quiet street, but close enough to downtown OP to walk. There were lots of activities and games for kids. Beds were comfortable. And amenities galore! We found ourselves in need of a steamer for wrinkles in formal clothes and this house actually had it! We were so surprised. There was also a cute basket of s’mores items left for us…which my children were so excited about. 10 out of 10 for vacation rental properties. Would stay here again.

Comfortable, clean. worked out perfectly for our family. large downstairs suite with bedroom, family room, bathroom, washer/drier. perfect for our adult children and their two young children. we had a comfortable upstairs bedroom with bathroom- not en suite but close enough. Overall, a very enjoyable stay, walking distance to downtown Overland Park, Kansas. Thank you for having us.

This is an amazing location. Just around the corner there is a cool little boulevard with all kinds of little restaurants and shops. It’s about 20 minutes from all of the coolest places in Kansas City. The house is clean and well decorated, the kitchen is functional and very easy to use. The pictures don’t do justice to the beautiful backyard, which has a little propane fire pit and a grill. Very comfortable bedding and mattresses. The game room downstairs is PERFECT for kids, and a very nice place to rest on a hot afternoon. The house is situated in a nice little neighborhood in a safe area. All around, this is a complete gem.The owner was extremely helpful and kind, with five star treatment. We were very well taken care of during a week long stay. If you are considering this property, do it.

This home was perfect for our family. Location is excellent! House was very clean and nicely appointed. We especially appreciated the basement and all the toys and games. Will definitely rebook here when we meet up in KC again!!

Excellent Family Time

Clean home with so many extras! We were beyond impressed with the amount of baby equipment that made it so easy to have 2 littles along with us! We thoroughly enjoyed the grill and the back yard. The beds were all comfortable and we had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy time just relaxing and hanging out. The only suggestion we can make is to have the backyard sprayed for mosquitos and such. We loved spending time on the patio with the fire pit and just playing catch but we all ended up very bit up. Thanks for the memories!

Great location and cute house

Had a quick girls weekend here and it was perfect. The house was clean and a perfect place to hang out! We loved the location to downtown OP as well and walked multiple times back and forth. Owner was super responsive and accommodating. Would highly recommend to stay here for anyone - friends, family, spouse, etc.

Cozy home in quiet neighborhood. Walkable to shops and restaurants in downtown Overland Park. We enjoyed our stay.

I have owned this house for about 10 years and the location being one block from Downtown Overland Park can't be beat. It is my favorite location in theenitre Kansas City Metro with tons of shops, restaurants and great highway access to explore everything the city has to offer.
