Great condo, amazing location

The condo was great! It was literally across the street from the pool. And the access to the Mauna Lani Beach Club was amazing. Great beach for kids, clean bathrooms, and good shade. We ate dinner most nights on the lanai and watched the sunset.I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Fabulous Stay at Palm Villas

Our family had a great stay at this condo at the Palm Villas at Mauna Lani. The condo was great and very well stocked for kitchen supplies, pots, and pans. The bedrooms were comfortable. The location was perfect with an easy walk to the beach, hotel, and access to the wonderful Beach Club. We absolutely recommend!

Wonderful condo!

This condo was a perfect fit for our family of five. We loved the location (beaches, walking trails, shopping) and the condo had everything we needed (kitchen, beach items, washer/dryer) It was a beautiful space to spend relaxing time together as a family!

A wonderful week on the Big Island

Palm Villas is a wonderful place to stay when you are vacationing on the Big Island. Everything is within walking distance, and you couldn't ask for a better kept complex and units.

Big Island Visit

Overall we were extremely pleased with the condo and would book again. Our family loved the location, access to the beach club, pool, etc. Accuracy of the listing was spot on and the property manager team was wonderful to work with.

Absolute Perfect Location !!

We were so grateful that we found this property! Such quick and easy walks to nice beaches, or easy short drives to other nice beaches! I was surprised to see how much they had stored in their garage that I don't believe was on the listing, but truly made our vacation even better! Especially the wagon for our little one! Thank you, and we would 100% book again and next time we'll remember to leave the pool key!!!

Comfortable condo, Beautiful location

Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, good variety of beach equipment, very clean and quiet. It's nice to have access to the nearby beach club and the restaurant was excellent. We would definitely come back.

Lovely condo, quiet neighborhood

This condo was in a terrific location with beautiful beach close by. We enjoyed the pool and historical park also within walking distance. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Will be back!

Nice condo in ideal location.

We’ve been to this area of a Hawaii a few times. It’s great for families with small children. We always enjoy the beach club. The condo was nice and well equipped. We enjoyed our stay.

Great condo. The resort is great. Beach is fun. Lots of turtles. Good snorkeling. The unit was just right for us.

Quiet, peaceful, well-appointed

A lovely, quiet and peaceful 3 bedrm condo with a well equipped kitchen and a lovely lenai. Easy 5 minute drive to the Beach Club and 300 feet to the historic trailhead which winds down past lava tubes to the fish ponds. Easy parking, 2 bicycles, walk 100' to the pool. Tons of towels, beach chairs...the hosts have added many nice touches.

Beautiful location

I wish we had stayed for more than 3 days! The condo was perfectly situated to walk through the fish ponds and beach, and the pool was across the street. We enjoyed the nearby restaurants and shopped at Foodland. I would highly recommend this condo. My only suggestion would be “cushier” and softer living room couches and chairs for relaxing. We hope to be back!

Convient location

short walk to pool/hot tub and gym. Walking distance to shopping center with coffee, grocery etc. Access to Beach Club is nice. Few maintenance issues with the unit, rental management company was prompt with response.

Amazing stay with so many extras

We absolutely lived moved our stay! The location was wonderful with access to 3 wonderful beaches. The rental included so many extras such as water shoes, snorkel gear, beach chairs and towels. We cooked several meals and they had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again. We also extended our stay 1 day and they were so accommodating. Loved this place. Oh yeah the pool is spectacular too!

Great Place to Stay!!

We love the Mauna Lani resort area and have stayed many times. This condo was lovely! The kitchen was well stocked, the lanai was comfortable and shaded most of the day which is great, access to the beach club is the best part! Great places to walk and right across the street from the Mauna Lani sports and fitness center if you like tennis. Walking distance to the grocery store and shopping. Great pool, small fitness center on property but workable, well kept grounds and the property manager was super responsive if we needed anything.

A special experience

Wonderful setting and location in walking distance to beach-clean and comfortable. Plenty of beach accessories including beach towels, bikes, snorkeling equipment. Beds very comfortable-AC welcome. Some minor criticisms-a bit dated decor, some lights were out, filter in fridge needs replacement and heard guests above walking and shifting chairs but overall a wonderful experience!

Nice and Cozy

Condo was great for my family of 5. Everything you could possibly need was included. Location was great. Pool was wonderful and steps from the front door. Beautiful walking path close by that leads to beach access. The private beach was excellent and a short drive away. Nice having a garage to use. Bikes were fun. Unfortunately a lot of the snorkeling gear was broken but that was no fault to the owners, just the last guests I’m sure. We would stay again for sure if we make it back to the Big Island in the future.

The Palm Villas is a nice, quiet complex with only 44 condos. The location is premier with it being close to historic walking trails, the newly renovated Mauna Lani hotel, a beautiful beach, golfing, restaurants and shopping.
