Welcome to Seaside Heights..... Seaside Heights has become the #1 destination for summer beach vacation. With it white sandy beaches and Boardwalk there is always activities for the young and old. BEST OF ALL INCLUDES 4 BEACH BADGES...

Our new addition, a modern 2-bedroom, 1 Bath home. We are just minutes (if not seconds) from the Boardwalk/Ocean. No need to carry your beach items and struggle to reach the beach. Tired of using the public rest room, well you could be back in your beach home in moments.



Our Beach house is a Single-Family home. No need to be concern about someone above or below you. It is located in the back of a 2-Family Beach house. Very quiet and no street noise to be concern about, yet you are approx. 3 homes from the Boardwalk/Ocean, an ideal location….

This place was exactly what we needed- conveniently located with off street parking. Owners were responsive and supportive with all of our questions and needs.

Pros: -Perfect location - close to everything but not too noisy…great for those with younger kids -Clean and comfortable for 4 people -Communication with the host was great -easy and quick-Shared outdoor space with showers/tables/grills was convenient -Parking and beach tags included -comfortable queen and twin bed-Individual ACs in rooms allowed for preference flexibility -Ability to add late checkoutCons:-Parking spots are TIGHT. We had a small suv (equinox) and could barely pull in with the other side spots taken, especially with a pickup truck parked already. All passengers had to get out of the car before I pulled up and unloading without bumping into our car or the other tenants’ cars took some skill-It definitely felt like the space could have been set up better…less side tables and rearranged-Full bed was not really comfortable and made a lot of noise whenever you moved-wouldn’t recommend that bed for someone who is a light sleeper -Uneven grounds/floors - may not be good option for those with stability or mobility challenges Tips:-Be sure to turn the ACs in the bedroom off of eco mode, otherwise you’ll be woken up all night long-Watch your step at the bathroom - all of us stubbed our toe or t

Great value

It was a great time during our stay and this place is situated in a great location so close to everything, the boardwalk, beach, local dining, bars and so much more. This is now my 2nd stay at this location and there's nothing one can't ask for. John was also so nice and communicative. I look forward to another stay in the near future.

Alyson is educated as a Business Manager and is a proud member of the Van Dyk Group of Realtors which carries the values of hard work, integrity, and outstanding client services into everything she does.
John Educated as a Civil Engineer, spent most of my years in the computer technology field, Taught Taxation at local university. John is fully retired; opened Beach House Management LLC and is enjoying managing over 30 properties on the barrier island, which carries superior service to his clients and guest.
