Villa GGK, is a small, isolated, building, consisted with 2 bedrooms, private garden and private parking area, mostly preferred by families, build in 2021.
Situated in the fields, opposite of the picturesque village of Skepasti in Rethymnon, our property offers to our guests an ideal starting point to explore our island's beauties.
The distance of our villa the beach of Geropotamos and the famous Balli beach is 5km, and 1km far from Panormo beach.

Great time had at this VRBO/ Villa. Located in a peaceful and secluded point but still with plenty acces to various beaches and and family spots.Well equipped kitchen, beautiful home and the views are super serene.Host was super great, left us a welcome pack and available to answer any questions.Our family of 4 had a truly unforgettable time and hope to return next year.Thank you!

Villa GGK

Villa GGK has everything you need for a quiet, private holiday.The villa is very private and set away from the tourist areas, however the nearest resort is no more than 10 minutes by car for local restaurants. The villa is comfortable, well decorated and maintained with a well-equipped kitchen and lots of outside space with a pool, barbeque, outside dining and patio areas.Monos, the host, was very helpful and quick in relying to any queries we had.

The villa is beautiful and very well equippedIt’s well away from neighbours surrounded by olive trees Only one restaurant in walking distance 23-25mins but you took your life in your hands walking along the main road in the emergency lane which is often used by the cars!Some lovely places to visit but the roads leave a lot to be desired and you often are sent down tracks An SUV would be a good hire car Host was very good with communication and a lovely welcome pack with wine and beer plus essentials was appreciated

Ein sehr schönes Objekt im nirgendwo wie auf den Bildern zu sehen.Die Zufahrt führt über Feldwege (ein Schild irgendwo wäre schön) durch Olivenhaine.Beachtet das ein Mietwagen ohne Schotterversicherung dies nicht darf. Sehr gut mit allem ausgestattet,auch ein sehr reichhaltiges Begrüßungspaket war bereit gestellt. Selbst Bademäntel und Hausschlappen standen zur Verfügung. Was sehr schwierig ist, das man mit dem nur kochend heißem Wasser in der Dusche niemals duschen kann.Wir verwendeten den Poolschlauch in der Außendusche.In den vorhandenen Schränken hat man leider kaum eine Chance seine Sachen einzuräumen, da sie mit Hanteln, Decken usw. bereits fast voll sind. Also mussten die Koffer aufgeklappt auf dem Sofa bleiben.Ansonsten ein ruhiges Fleckchen Erde...

Lieber Michaela, Vielen Dank für Ihre ausführliche Bewertung. Es freut uns, dass Ihnen die Ausstattung der Villa, das Begrüßungspaket und die Ruhe der Umgebung gefallen haben. Wir möchten nur ein paar Punkte klarstellen. Die Zufahrt erfolgt tatsächlich über einen Feldweg durch Olivenhaine, was Teil dessen ist, was der Villa ihre einzigartige, ruhige Lage verleiht – es handelt sich jedoch um einen normalen Feldweg, der problemlos befahrbar ist. Wir werden prüfen, ob wir eine Beschilderung anbringen können, um die Anfahrt zu erleichtern. Was die Wassertemperatur in der Dusche betrifft: An heißen Tagen erwärmt sich das Wasser tatsächlich in den Leitungen, bevor es den Hahn erreicht, was anfangs den Eindruck von ungewöhnlich heißem Wasser erwecken kann – wir werden prüfen, ob eine bessere Isolierung der Rohre hier Abhilfe schaffen kann. Die Decken, Hanteln und weiteren Gegenstände in den Schränken stehen dort bereit, damit unsere Gäste alles zur Verfügung haben, was sie während ihres Aufenthalts benötigen könnten, auch wenn wir verstehen, dass dies den verfügbaren Stauraum verringern kann – wir werden schauen, wie wir dies besser organisieren können, damit unsere Gäste nicht eingeschränkt werden. Die Villa GGK ist eine wunderschön und liebevoll ausgestattetes Feriendomizil mit einer grandiosen Aussicht. Diese ruhige Alleinlage lädt zur absoluten Entspannung ein. Fir nahegelegene Straße ist zu hören, stört aber nicht. Der Pool ist sauber und das gesamte Haus verfügt über alles notwendige. 3 Fernseher stehen zur Verfügung, das WLan ist schnell und im ganzen Haus sehr gut. Eine Alexa steht ebenfalls zu Verfügung. Alles im Allen sind wir extrem relaxt und entspannt wieder nahh hause geflogen.

Séjour inoubliable !

Excellent séjour. Villa au calme très agréable à vivre, propre, fonctionnelle et bien équipée. Attention particulière très appréciable de nos hôtes pour notre accueil et un contact très facile. Manos est à l’écoute, très arrangeant et souhaite le bien être de ses locataires. N’hésitez pas à réserver la villa GGK !
