Great place to stay

This was our second visit to this property. House has all the amenities you need, and really appreciated the fantastic set of kitchen knives which were actually sharp, which is a first for us having stayed in several other VRBOs. House is great, proximity to the pool and beach were also a hit.

Perfect Beach House!

Had everything we needed for a beach trip for our family. The location in the complex could not be better! Pool right in front of the property and beach just beyond that. Would definitely vacation here again!

Family Beach Trip

This is our third visit and once again had a wonderful trip! This time we had 4 generations of family. The layout was perfect. VERY easy access to the pool and beach. We would highly recommend this property for relaxing vacation!

Wonderful Week in beautiful North Topsail

My family and I had a wonderful week. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was perfectly equipped, the place was beautifully decorated without too being too much and the owners were a delight and extremely responsive. The location is fantastic being right on the beach and the hot tub was nice to have with it being a little cooler. All in all, a wonderful experience, we would stay here again!

Great house for our family/friends vacation!

The property fit our group perfectly. It was modern, very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking essentials needed. The location was perfect with direct access to the pool and the beach. It was great to be able to easily go back and forth as needed. Truly beautiful views. We had a great time here and would highly recommend this house.

Wonderful Rental On The Beach!

Absolutely pristine rental on the beach with the easiest pool access in the community. We loved our stay and appreciated everything about the house. From the thoughtful kid touches (even outlet protectors!) to the great selection of beach gear- Maggie and Kenneth’s place is tops. If we ever come back to Topsail, we will 100% stay again. Thank you for providing such a great space for our family vacation!

August vacation!

The place was awesome,everything was at are fingertips from the pool to the twenty five steps to the ocean.The only issue the ice machine wasn’t working witch the owner brought ice and ordered a new timer for the refrigerator,would definitely STAY there again!!

Superb Vacation Getaway

Excellent choice for a family vacation! House was clean and well stocked. The Property Manager, Bob, was excellent and responds quickly to any questions or issues you may have. The house comes well equipped with lots of beach toys. If you are looking for a nice house, directly on the beach...you have found it. Enjoy your vacation!

Thank you for your feedback! As professional contractors and re-modelers we’ve seen lots of spaces. We have tried to take the best of our experiences and incorporate them into our beach home. Roomy family house!

This home was well equipped. From pots & pans to crock pot, baby booster seats and games. The location on the beach was nice, we could stroll to the pier. The association pool is right there so super easy access!

Loved this Place!

This property was really perfect for our gang! We found the house very clean and so beautifully decorated! The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen was very well stocked. We cooked most of our meals in and found everything we needed. The pool was directly in from of condo so very easy access to both pool and beach. We were initially a little hesitant because we have only stayed in houses but this gave you plenty of privacy and also an opportunity to meet your neighbors if you desire.

As Professional Remodeling contractors, we continue to upgrade the home every year for our guests comfort. We did a complete remodel including brand new kitchen cabinets , granite counters, wide planked distressed hardwood floors . Everything is fresh and clean!
We personally oversee the management and rental of our home for seamless communication and an excellent vacation experience.

We fell in love with Topsail Island and the Wilmington area in 2009 and we knew it was where we wanted to Retire someday! The views from this home and the pool/hot tub made us choose Villas By the Sea!

この宿泊施設の特徴

We love being directly on the OCEAN and the great views from every balcony. We have a HEATED pool which is rare. It is great to watch the kids in the pool while sitting on the balcony or in the hot tub. Evenings in the Hot Tub with the ocean sound and good friends make forever memories.
