Nestled by the 7th green, large deck areas. Movie theatre for inside or out.

Enjoy the open floor plan, that offers 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Two large deck areas to enjoy a meal or just relax. There is a gas grill so you can cook up something wonderful. The home offers two family sitting areas with TV’s. Open kitchen has all the supplies you may need.

The home sits by the 7th hole, and we are on a cul-de-sac. The home is great for a golfers, there’s a putting green area on the lower deck to practice on. We haven’t forgotten families with kids. We have a playroom area with toys, board games and much, much more. If it’s a romantic getaway go visit Seven Springs Winery. Sit back and have a glass of wine. The view is breathtaking. Don’t forget the spa at Old Kinderhook. There are lots of wonderful, services they offer.

Old Kinderhook amenities include the pool, tennis courts, volleyball (summer) ice rink (winter), spa, restaurant and bar and don’t forget the beautifully manicured golf course.

Great Place to Stay!

Holly was fast to communicate for any questions we had in regards to the property. Loved the kids play area/toys! Great place to stay nestled off the 7th hole which is great for any golfers! Would stay here again!

The house was amazing! It was just as described. Everything was very clean. I went with my husband, our kids and each kid brought a friend. There was plenty of room for all of us and we were able to hang out all together. The house was stocked with everything we needed and it was well thought out. It was a wonderful time.

A great place to stay!

Our family stayed here for a time of reconnecting with each other since we live in different states. The house was perfect for a family stay! Plenary of room, games, activities and well stocked kitchen! We even received a welcome bottle of wine to share. We would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Great Stay

Loved the place. Beautiful double-decker porch, great for grilling and hanging out. Close enough to all the fun of the Ozarks while not being in the middle of the crazy parties. Definitely recommend checking out the trophy room!

Fantastic Weekend

This property was exactly what we needed and is perfect for multiple families. We were in town for a Baseball tournament and this home fit 3 families perfectly. Beautiful home that has everything you need to enjoy your stay.

Golf Weekend

We have now stayed at this house 2 years in a row for an annual golf trip. Holy was very accommodating and the house was clean and very comfortable. The Old Kinderhook location is the best in the Lake of the Ozark area.

Comfy and cozy place

We walked in and were greeted with a clean and comfortable house. Beds were made, comfy and inviting. Nice open floor plan. Back deck was really nice, too. Definitely a place to stay when we come back. Slept 7 male adults with their own bed, comfortably.

Great Gathering

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit here. We were able to comfortably stay and have friends and family over with plenty of room. The house is beautifully decorated, clean and well stocked. Little touches by Holly made it warm and inviting! We will be returning for that “at home” feel! 😊

Highly recommend

Holly, the property manager, was always readily available through VRBO messenger. The house far exceeded our expectations, from the location and cleanliness to everything that was provided for our comfort during our stay. We will always book D&D Ranch when staying at Kinderhook.

Nice place

Perfect spot for us. Plenty of sleeping area with 5 bedrooms. Two layer deck which was great. A bit of a view of the golf course. Place was in great shape and manager was very helpful. About a 5 minute drive from main buildings at Old Kinderhook.

My Neice had a great time with her friends ...my cuzins stayed 1 night they were well rested for our day on the lake the property is beautiful the house had everything essentially you need. We all had a freat time and really enjoyed the stay Thanks Holly for letting us enjoy ur property.

Perfect house for a big family

Family Holiday

Communication with Holly was excellent. She was always quick to reply to all my questions. Her place was extremely nice, decorated so cute, the beds were comfy, plenty of space for all 12 of my family members. She also surprised us with some very thoughtful treats. I would highly recommend staying here!! We will definitely reach back out to her next year!
