Beautiful updated home! Located at the 1 MM of the Big Niangua. Out our cove & you are at THE FOUR CORNERS of the lake giving you easy access to all Arms! Located on private Libby Cove around the corner from The Cove, Captain Ron's, Larry's. Close to Margaritaville, and Fish and Company. Drive right up to house on a paved road w/plenty of parking! Adorable home w/wall of windows overlooking lake in a private cove perfect for relaxing! NO NEIGHBORS ACROSS LAKE! Enjoy private dock for swimming, fishing, or sunbathing. Utilize SWIM pad, double KAYAK, New PADDLE BOARD, floats, rafts, fishing poles & Fire Pit- for a fun filled stay at the lake. House includes enormous Master & master bath that lead out to deck overlooking water, a 2nd King bedroom, another guest room that leads out to huge deck w/a bunk bed & day bed that pulls out w/extra trundle, and a Bonus bedroom that’s private & has a futon for 2. All Mattresses are brand new! Big updated kitchen that opens up to family room with a L-shaped sofa(seats 10) & loveseat. WiFi included! TV is connected by internet-FREE NETFLIX! Blue Ray player and a array of movies for kids & adults. House does have stairs.

House includes huge 2nd story deck off of Master & guest room. Ample space for eating or reading a book! Patio is covered w/seating for 6, a porch swing, and an outdoor sectional. Fire pit to roast marshmallows. Martini deck, includes gas grill and extra seating for the perfect end to the perfect day! Total seating for 12 outside. SEVERAL MARINAS CLOSE BY FOR BOAT/JET SKI RENTALS. 10 min. from HAHA TONKA NATIONAL STATE PARK(Hiking is amazing), 10 min form Osage Beach for outlet shopping, go carts, put put golf, 5 min from Sunrise Beach. Personal boat slip not provided, we have cleats for you to tie up and anchor on side of dock.

This place was exactly what we were looking for and we had a wonderful week here. Peaceful quiet cove perfect for relaxing and watching the wildlife, swimming, paddleboarding, or lounging on the big lilly pad. Very comfortable home and great for cooking indoors or out.

A great weekend on the lake! We loved how easy it was to take out the kayak, SUP and Lilly pad. The covered porch was a nice area to relax when it rained.

The property is nice the house was clean there were more steps than we realized. The living area and the view of the lake was excellent. Nice patio area with lots of space to relax. The dock was good and we enjoyed the fishing.

Great place for a lake getaway

Quiet cove, comfortable lake house with everything you need. Not too far from town for groceries or to grab dinner. Always have to hit OZARKLAND!

Best Family Vacation!

We had such an amazing stay in this home. Right on the lake in a cozy and quiet cove it was perfect for our family. We jumped in the lake, floated on floaties and used the kayak. We also rented a boat and had it delivered right to the dock. The inside was clean and perfect for hanging out in the AC and the outside deck was great to barbecue for dinner.

Great location!

Family getaway

Had 9 total, with my wife, kids and their SOs, was a great time. Everyone was comfy. The cove this is in is awesome for fishing and hanging out. Perfect balance of nature and convenience. Centralized for access to everything via boat or pontoon. Would book again for sure.
Lots of wildlife around.
The cove is perfect for kayaking and paddle boarding.

We come every year this same weekend and decided to try this house on the lake. The host communicated nicely in the beginning and was helpful. Upon arrival, we walked in and took a look around. There were dead bugs around the edges of all the rooms. We vacuumed them up that evening. The floors in the kitchen were disgusting and especially under kick plate by dishwasher. When looking at the bedding there were some hairs between the flat sheet and fitted sheets. I washed a load of towels on Tuesday night after our showers and stripped the beds that we were not using until a couple extra guests were arriving in a few days. We washed the bedding the next morning and the wash machine had water running out of the bottom and also leaking into the first floor. We immediately shut it off and notified the host. We wouldn't have needed to wash the bed linens, had we found them clean. The host found a repair guy but he couldn't come till Friday, which wasn't host fault. We had to have incoming guests bring bedding and we went and bought extra towels for bathing for the rest of the week, as the repair could not be made due to a part needing ordered. It wasn't a good experience. This house needed cleaned. I contacted the host, and thought we could come to an agreement, but she went silent when I nicely conveyed my concerns. I too am a business owner and sometimes we don't know there is a problem without communicating. I welcome feedback to make it right.

We take great pride in our home and have many repeat guests every year. A common thing we hear is how clean and comfortable our home is, and for that we are extremely grateful to our cleaning crew that has been with us for the last 5 years. Our guest checked in on a Tuesday May 19 and checked out on May 24th and completed a 5 night stay. Day two in the guest's stay, I received a text that the laundry machine was leaking, zero mention of a dirty house. I immediately contacted a technician who went to house the next day to find that the seal had been broken and a replacement part needed to be ordered. I informed her of the situation and she appeared very understanding. They chose to continue their stay in our home for the remaining 4 nights and I was never contacted again about the issue. They also hosted their family at the property Saturday night that lived close by for a barbecue. Several days after completing their 5 night stay, they contacted me seeking compensation and sent me photos of a supposedly dirty home after they had already checked out- a major RED FLAG! Had they informed me at check in that the house was not up to their standards, I would have immediately sent back my cleaning crew, just as I promptly arranged for the washing machine technician. I also knew property was not in that condition upon their arrival as my husband was there that morning of their check in to meet someone for a fence estimate and confirmed the house was clean and ready for guests. As for bugs, finding some after five nights is not surprising. The property is located in the woods, and insects can enter when guests are frequently going in and out. Unfortunate way to start off the season, but a review from guest before this stay and after this stay only reaffirms why we keep offering our home for other families to make wonderful memories together!

Awesome property!

This was the best location we have ever stayed at. We go to the lake every summer with the kids and this was the best trip yet!! The house was amazing, the location on the lake is the best, and the overall experience was the best. Very easy check in process and very clean property. Highly recommend!!!

Family Vacation

The place was better than expected. It was great space; shaded backyard; and our own personal dock. There were no surprises - we look forward to coming back to this VRBO in the future.

We are on a flat lot just steps away from the dock. We are in a quiet cove, great for swimming and fishing, but close enough to all things fun on water- The Cave, Captain Ron’s, Larry’s and Linn Cove
