Welcome to Casa Kinti, a newly remodeled condo in the coveted Hacienda de Mita gated community, located inside the gates of the exclusive Punta Mita private development, where the renowned Four Seasons and St. Regis resorts are located.

Enjoy spectacular panoramic golf course and partial ocean views from the expansive 445 sq. ft. terrace as well as tropical views from every window. This home enjoys a unique perspective of the Jack Nicklaus Signature Pacifico golf course providing ideal settings to relax in a sea of soothing greens in over 3,600 square feet of secure luxury and serenity.

Your stay includes all the benefits of full Punta Mita Premier Golf membership which allows access to all the private beach clubs within the gates of Punta Mita, access to both of the Jack Nicklaus golf courses (Pacifico Golf Course and Bahía Golf Course), tennis courts, and more.

Casa Kinti is the perfect home away from home and has been updated to provide a relaxing and luxurious vacation in Punta Mita. A brand new, extra-large modern island in the remodeled kitchen provides a magnificent setting to prepare gourmet meals or entertain in the open floor plan. The large bedrooms offer a peaceful environment, while the large terrace provides picturesque vistas of the world-renowned golf course, pacific ocean, Marietas Islands, and lush, tropical vegetation. In the evening, enjoy the colorful sunsets that only the Mexican pacific has to offer.

***Unique Feature: There are four Televisions in the condo. They all have 4K Firestick with free live TV from the U.S., Canada, and most international channels, ensuring that you don't miss your favorite programs from home. Also included are free premium sports and movies. The concierge will teach you how to use this wonderful system, or you will receive virtual instructions if that is your preference. In addition, there are several apps loaded on the Firestick, such as Netflix and Prime Video, where you may add your own login for a seamless transition to continue watching your favorite shows.***

Sought after for its timeless casual elegance and unique amenities, Hacienda de Mita offers its own private beach club with a massage room, pool, jacuzzi, concierge service, and a fabulous beach to enjoy surfing or swimming. Condo name meaning:
Kinti (or Q'inti) is an indigenous word for Hummingbird. Hummingbirds are magical creatures in many cultures and are an ancient symbol of joy and happiness; their colorful appearance brings good luck and positive energy.

Casa means "house" or "home" in Spanish. Like the expression in Spanish goes: "Mi Casa es tu Casa" (My home is your home), we hope that you feel at home at Casa Kinti.

Fabulous place!

Great location and set up. The concierge and owner went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and easy. They helped us with many logistics and were fabulous to work with. Highly recommend staying in this condo!

Fabulous In Every Way!

My husband and I travelled to Mexico for the first time, drawn in by the recommendations of Punta Mita from friends. I can honestly say that our entire experience exceeded all expectations. The condo we stayed in was fantastic—spacious, tastefully decorated, and impeccably clean, with a lovely view overlooking the golf course. The condo's location just inside the gates of Punta Mita was an unexpected bonus, allowing us easy access to town through the pedestrian gate for our evening walks to dinner. However, what truly made our experience was the exceptional staff. Our concierge, Pedro, was an absolute gem—remarkably responsive, he took care of every detail. From stocking our fridge to ensuring seamless airport transfers and providing insightful knowledge about the property, he made us feel incredibly well taken care of. Our housekeeper ensured our home was always spotless and provided us with fantastic breakfasts. I must also mention the Punta Mita resort staff at the various beach clubs—they are among the best I have ever encountered! In essence, our vacation from beginning to end was nothing short of fantastic!

We had a family of 6. Everything was outstanding with the property - very spacious, to making arrangements with the concierge and Claudia who made breakfast each morning and kept the place spotless. The atmosphere of the resort is upscale but casual. Same as when we were there 6 years ago. A perfect get-away after the holidays to relax, soak in the sun, and fun activities - something for everyone. We would definitely stay there again.

Another fabulous stay in paradise

My mother and sisters enjoyed 5 wonderful days in Punta Mita. This Hacienda de Mita unit was just perfect for us. Beautifully decorated, updated, clean and very comfortable. The location was perfect - walk to town or take the included golf cart. The concierge Pedro was very helpful and responded to our questions and requests immediately. Isabel, who came to the house every day was delightful. We went whale watching with Pelon Surf company and they were fantastic. We had use of all the beach clubs which is a plus. All in all another incredible trip to Punta Mita.

Amazing Property!

We had THE best time ever in this beautiful condo. From the check-in with the local concierge (she was incredibly helpful) to the super-sweet housekeeper to the comfortable beds/furniture, the entire experience exceeded our expectations. The location of this building is close to the gates (easy access to the local restaurants) and access to the beach clubs was super simple, thanks to the golf cart included with the property. Each of our seven family members was thrilled with the accommodations. We will book this unit again, for sure!

Loved Casa Kinti

We went on spring break with our teens (15, 17) and another family with their teen (17). The villa is beautiful, clean and wonderful. The owner (Gabina), concierge (Majo) and housekeeper (Rosa) were wonderful and very accommodating. Rosa's breakfasts were amazing and she did a terrific job. We also hired a chef for 2 meals which were amazing! Majo coordinated in-suite massages - terrific. She also coordinated transportation to and from PVR which was flawless. We LOVED our stay at Casa Kinti!! We ran into a couple of snags during our stay which were addressed immediately! Would highly recommend.

Fabulous Condo

We had an amazing week in this fabulous condo on the most beautiful property. The condo had every amenity you could wish for and the concierge is able to arrange anything you need. The location allows you to walk to town via a gate onto the street or on the beach. The beach clubs are a short golf cart ride away. We will definitely be back!

Casa Kinti!

We had a fantastic week at Casa Kinti! Everything was brand new, beautiful, and sparkling clean. Pedro (the concierge) made sure we had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing getaway, and we enjoyed Lupe's delicious breakfasts. The owners were lovely - they even left us a sweet little welcome treat. The golf cart is super nice and we loved taking it to the beach clubs!

First Time to Punta de Mita

This property is lovely and incredibly well maintained. We were spoiled with a house cleaner and cook daily. Brianna cooked the most amazing lunches and our crew never missed a meal! We felt the condo was perfectly stocked and just as described. The use of the golf cart is key. The entire property is large and it’s fun to investigate different beach clubs and restaurants via the golf cart. We highly recommend this condo.
