Newly remodeled home located at end of street, easy walk to beaches and restaurants. Private secure house has three levels, including a casita apartment and rooftop deck with views of the ocean. Indoor/outdoor living spaces with lovely deep heated saltwater pool.
Quaint area with laid back atmosphere- terrific taco and churro stands as well as excellent seafood restaurants- all walking distance!
Bring friends and family, there is plenty of living space with four outdoor patios and covered private parking. 4 bedrooms can accommodate 10 guests, 3 full bathrooms plus outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach.
Punta de Mita is becoming more popular, but it still maintains it's authentic small town feel.
Our property manager will meet you personally and is well versed in the area and can provide transportation, and suggestions for the many activities available during your stay. Consider snorkeling in the Marietas Islands, deep sea fishing, and surfing the multiple breaks in the area. Or simply come and relax in your own private paradise!

We spent a week at Casa Dorado in the pueblo of Punta de Mita. It was wonderful! We had a group of 6 adults and it was the perfect size. We even had an extra room for all the clothes of two teenage girls! It was very hot and humid all week so the pool was really a hit! This house is very much located in a local neighborhood with dogs, cats and kids running around. Which is what we love on vacay! But if you need it, all the amenities of nice restaurants and such are just a short walk away. and the sunset views from the top deck are amazing!

Great house

The house was great for our big group. Lots of space indoors and excellent outdoor area. We all enjoyed our stay and created some awesome family memories in this house. The host and manager were attentive and lovely to deal with made us feel very welcome.

Family holiday

We had a wonderful holiday in this 4 bedroom home. Our group of 7 adults and 2 children under 2 all loved the heated pool and outdoor sitting area. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking in and there were many stores and restaurants nearby for purchasing groceries and eating out. The beach was easy to get to and great for swimming and a few days with some surfing for the surfers in our group. The beds were comfortable, and there was a nice upstairs eating area outside as well as the rooftop for great sunsets. We had some difficulty with the filtered water, the UV filters were not functioning which we didn’t realize until day 5 and we had all been drinking the water including the babies. So far no one has gotten sick. The property manager brought us a large jug of water when we reported this problem. Overall I’d recommend this property and would love to visit again!

We are from Colorado, and love enjoying all that the mountains have to offer! We live at 8000 feet, so it is a bit chilly most of the time- that is why we also enjoy escaping to the tropics of Mexico! My husband Ken is a builder of custom homes, and our sons also work as carpenters for our family business. I am a teacher of 27+ years- looking forward to retiring soon and spending more time soaking up the sun!

We have loved visiting the Bay of Banderas Area with our family for 25 years! Of all the local areas we feel that Punta de Mita and the town of Corral del Risco is ideally situated for a fun, relaxing, tasty vacation! We enjoy surfing and visiting the many delicious taco stands and oceanside restaurants when we are there! We have made long lasting friends with many of the locals and hope to spend more time there in the off season. Ken and I truly hope you enjoy your time here as much as we do!!

When you rent our property you have a special, comfortable, private place to stay- yet you are close to everything in town, and a five minute walk to the beach! My favorite parts of the house are the salt water heated pool, and the roof top deck for morning yoga and/or evening cocktails! Also the open seating and access from patio to kitchen is so nice for entertaining and family meals.
