In Eppe-Sauvage, Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 40 m² air-conditioned industrial loft-style studio apartment with jacuzzi and sauna, which can accommodate up to 2 travelers. Located on the first floor, it comprises a living room with sleeping area, fitted kitchen and shower room (with double shower). Wifi, bed linen and towels included.
Ideal for a romantic weekend away, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room with TV, king-size bed (180×200), Jacuzzi and year-round sauna (2 people).
- Fully equipped kitchen including electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hob, meat grill...
- Open-plan bathroom with double shower and vanity unit
- Separate WC
The studio is located in a peaceful village just a stone's throw from Val Joly. It's right next door to La Vie Sauvage, the village's lively meeting place run by Anne Lise and Matthieu. Fast food, brunch, bar, board games, lots of evening entertainment... lots of good humor, smiles and kindness.
Activities :
- Discover the ValJoly tourist resort on the shores of the largest lake in Northern France and on the edge of 6,000 hectares of forest.
- In July, night market and Forges festival.
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the estate's car park, close to the cottage. Four electric charging stations are also available for all cottages.
Other remarks :
- Access to the Aquatica Center is not included in the rate.
- Bed linen and towels included.
- Free Wifi available.
-Pets are allowed in the accommodation free of charge. (A maximum of two pets per stay).
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean appliances after use.
- Breakfast included.
- First evening meal included, to eat in or take away from La Vie Sauvage.
