In Eppe-Sauvage, Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 40 m² air-conditioned industrial loft-style studio apartment with jacuzzi and sauna, which can accommodate up to 2 travelers. Located on the first floor, it comprises a living room with sleeping area, fitted kitchen and shower room (with double shower). Wifi, bed linen and towels included.
Ideal for a romantic weekend away, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room with TV, king-size bed (180×200), Jacuzzi and year-round sauna (2 people).
- Fully equipped kitchen including electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hob, meat grill...
- Open-plan bathroom with double shower and vanity unit
- Separate WC
The studio is located in a peaceful village just a stone's throw from Val Joly. It's right next door to La Vie Sauvage, the village's lively meeting place run by Anne Lise and Matthieu. Fast food, brunch, bar, board games, lots of evening entertainment... lots of good humor, smiles and kindness.
Activities :
- Discover the ValJoly tourist resort on the shores of the largest lake in Northern France and on the edge of 6,000 hectares of forest.
- In July, night market and Forges festival.
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the estate's car park, close to the cottage. Four electric charging stations are also available for all cottages.
Other remarks :
- Access to the Aquatica Center is not included in the rate.
- Bed linen and towels included.
- Free Wifi available.
-Pets are allowed in the accommodation free of charge. (A maximum of two pets per stay).

Everyone was super friendly and the communication with Clotilde was fast and very helpful. I can recommend this stay to everyone who wants to relax in beautiful french village in the middle of pretty nature!

En plus de cela on mange très bien juste à côté du logement, leur flamiche au maroilles est très bonne et ils sont très très accueillant.
C’est l’endroit parfait pour passer un week end entre nature et confort et détente dans ce airbnb.
Le plus aussi de ce logement est qu’ils acceptent les chiens."

La Forge By C&V "Niets dan lof voor Clotilde en Vincent en hun fantastische studio! Vanaf het moment dat we aankwamen, voelde het alsof we in een warm bad werden ondergedompeld. De studio was van alle gemakken voorzien en tot in de puntjes verzorgd.
Een aangename verrassing was de gevulde koelkast. Hierdoor konden we 's avonds genieten van een heerlijke maaltijd zonder ons zorgen te maken over boodschappen. Ook het ontbijt de volgende ochtend bood meer dan genoeg keuze, wat onze start van de dag perfect maakte.
De luxe jacuzzi en sauna waren de kers op de taart. Beide waren niet alleen heerlijk om te gebruiken, maar ook eenvoudig te bedienen. Dit zorgde voor extra ontspanning tijdens ons verblijf.
Kortom, een absolute aanrader voor iedereen die op zoek is naar een comfortabel en luxueus verblijf. Bedankt Clotilde en Vincent voor jullie gastvrijheid! We komen graag nog eens terug."

Le top : ce sont les petites attentions tout au long du séjour : le fait d’offrir le dîner dans le sympathique café d’à côté, idem pour le petit déjeuner à la boulangerie du coin, les boissons dans le frigo et le reste…
On a l’impression d’être des VIP.

La Forge By C&V We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in de Airbnb! De ruimte was schoon, mooi ingericht en alle beloofde voorzieningen waren aanwezig. De eerste avondmaaltijd was inbegrepen en de coupon hiervoor kon bij het naastgelegen restaurantje ingewisseld worden. Hier had je enkele keuzes voor (borrel)hapjes en kleine maaltijden, geserveerd door vriendelijk personeel die er geen probleem van maakte dat we de taal niet spraken. Ook het ontbijt bij het bakkertje op 50m loopafstand was inbegrepen. In de koelkast waren wat jam, kaasjes, melk en vruchtensap aanwezig, ook allemaal inbegrepen! Het contact met de host was vriendelijk en erg prettig. De omgeving was prachtig en heerlijk rustig. Zeker een aanrader!
