Cocoonr offers this charming 50 m² air-conditioned mezzanine studio apartment with jacuzzi and sauna for rent in Rocquigny, which can comfortably accommodate 2 travellers. It comprises a pretty 40 m² living room, a fully-equipped open-plan kitchenette, a lovely bedroom and a shower room. Wifi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included. Breakfast included. Complimentary welcome tray with champagne, wine and first evening meal. Ideal for a romantic weekend away, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is as follows:
Ground floor:
- A 40 m² living room with TV, hanging armchair, king-size bed (180×200), starry sky above, Jacuzzi and sauna.
- Open-plan shower room with double shower.
- Separate WC.

On the mezzanine :
- A fully-equipped kitchenette including: electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hob (to be plugged in), coffee machine with integrated grinder... and a dining area.

The studio is ideally located in Rocquigny, in an outbuilding of a house in a very pleasant and quiet environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as restaurants, bars and the market.

- Sporting activities: La Scanbérique, the French section of EuroVélo 3, canoeing, walks around the Etang des Moines 10 km away or in the Parc de l'Astrée 18 km away...
- Tourist sites: tour of the fortified churches of the Thiérache...
- Cultural activities: Le familistère Godin in Guise, Musée Matisse in Le Cateau-Cambrésis, l'Écomusée de l'Avesnois...

One of the nicest places we have ever stayed. Would highly recommend. The hosts were friendly and very helpful and they went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic! THANK YOU CLOTILDE AND VINCENT X Endroit absolument merveilleux, nous n'aurions pas pu être plus heureux. La décoration, la propreté, le caractère unique, l'emplacement, les petites attentions comme le coffret charcuterie et fromages et le coffret petit-déjeuner étaient tout simplement incroyables ! An unexpectedly generous breakfast, consisting of a selection of brioche breads, and the fridge filled with an assortment of produce. Very comfortable and good sized bed, with lights over the bed resembling a night sky. In door and private jacuzzi and steam room to use at your own leisure was a big bonus! Also the general area is absolutely beautiful and the neighbourhood is so quite. 🙁 We would have liked some seating and table downstairs for when watching the TV or relaxing. Also a nightstand would have been nice even just to up a glass of water on. Finally we had to watch our dog very carefully on the stairs due to no railings as he tried jumping off the middle multiple times."

Nous étions prévenu que le logement n’était pas adapté mais avec notre lit pliant et le nécessaires pour lui c’était parfait ! Un logement très qualitatif, propre et au calme grâce à a séparation du logement principal. Une arrivée très flexible avec un message envoyer en amont de la part des hôtes pour expliquer l’emplacement du logement et de la boîte à clef. Nous n’avons pas eu l’occasion de voir Clotilde et Vincent mais à travers leur logement nous pouvons ressentir que ce sont des hôtes bienveillants, soigneux et attentionnés ! Merci à eux"

Instinct Nous avons passé 2 nuits chez Clotilde et Vincent, dans un havre de paix reposant et ressourçant. Le logement était extrêmement propre, pratique, fonctionnel et bien pensé. Nous avons pu arriver plus tôt que prévu, et Clotilde a toujours été très réactive quand nous avions des questions ou des besoins. Le plateau d’accueil fromage et charcuterie était excellent et très copieux ! Les paniers petit déjeuners tout aussi bons. Merci pour les recommandations de ballade et de restauration. Merci encore pour tout, c’était parfait et nous reviendrons très certainement.

Instinct "Het aankomen was zeer goed uitgelegd en makkelijk. Er was een leuke kaas- en vleesschotel voorzien als avondeten. Jammer dat er geen brood bij was, dit zijn we dan wel zelf gaan halen, maar de schotel was meer dan voldoende en heel lekker. De hond was welkom, wat voor ons ook heel fijn was en eerder uitzonderlijk in een wellness-omgeving. Het ontbijt was wel wat een teleurstelling in tegenstelling tot wat ik lees van anderen. We kregen twee briochebroden en een pot Nutella, in de koelkast stond een bus melk en fruitsap en wat boter en kleine pakjes roomkaas. Wij vonden dit een beetje te weinig variatie en hadden liever niet enkel zoete dingen bij het ontbijt. Ik had begrepen dat de host op vakantie was, dus misschien daarom dat het niet zo uitgebreid was als anders? Verder was de kamer super mooi, heel rustgevend. Super mooie sterrenhemel boven bed, goed en groot bed, super zalige jacuzzi en heel mooie ruimte algemeen. Ook super rustige regio dus muisstil ‘s nachts. Bedankt!"

Er is de heerlijke jacuzzi , de sauna . Een mooi en zeer goed bed . Boven is er een kleine keuken en een zithoek . In de frigo staat een mooie verrassing van de plaatselijke kaasboer te wachten . Ook zeer leuk is de dubbele douche . De gastvrouw is supervriendelijk alsook de gastheer . Het verblijf ligt zeer landelijk waardoor het zeer rustig en stil is . Een echte aanrader waar we zeer zeker terug zullen terug komen . Na een nachtje lekker slapen staat er een lekker ontbijt voor de deur . We hadden een superverblijf . TOP !!!!!!"
