This little cabin has 1 bedroom for 2 and then a loft with 2 separate cots with 3” foam mattress for children or adults 😊..
Bathroom w/shower, air conditioner,
Kitchen with mini fridge, coffee pot, dishes, wine glasses, microwave, hot plate and patio w/charcoal grill.

We are contactless check in !!!

Easy in and out Accessibility

We have a running creek that’s a short walk through the pine trees behind the cabin called Twin Creek.. follow the white flags to the path !!

Outdoor smoking allowed with ash pots available in sitting areas.

We are Within 3 miles from Stunning Lake Ouachita that has hiking and bike trails or fishing, horseback riding, spa or even just relaxing.

Several crystal mines in the area for public crystal digging.

This was a lil breath of fresh air! I wanted to take my wife for a surprise birthday overnight get away and saw this lil place and thought it was perfect….AND IT WAS! We had a wonderful relaxing time! The place was truly absolutely PERFECT!

Perfectly organized tiny home! This home was quite, convenient location to digging sites, and has a rock store nextdoor. Having a nice path to the creek and the creek itself was a great bonus. I'll stay here again.

This is an amazing cabin on amazing property with a wonderful host! My family and I loved our stay at Whispering Pines and the location is great if you want to get to a lot of different places in the area.

This was exactly what we wanted out of a tiny house stay! The beds were comfy, the loft was easy enough to get into (though adults don't fit very well), and the bathroom was just big enough. There was enough kitchen equipment and outdoor cooking space to accommodate meals, and the hammocks out back were clean and comfortable. The creek a short walk away was gorgeous! If you're not a morning person the lack of curtains may be a problem. The temperature inside stayed comfortable despite the heat outside. Would highly recommend this spot for a quiet stay close to some beautiful scenery.

Adorable place to stay!

This cute little cabin was the perfect location for our trip to the crystal mine. Easy to find and easy to check in. The trail to the creek was clean and fun to adventure. It has a rock washing station which was awesome! The bed was comfy and the shower had great water pressure!

Whispering Pines Cabin

Easy to find. Information from Kat prior to our arrival, made the stay and experience flawless. Very clean and amenities were great. Great location for the activities we had planned for our granddaughter. Excellent location for hunting for crystals. Can't to return to the area and use again. By far one of our best VRBO experiences. Enjoyed the quietness of the location compared to the concrete jungle where we live. My wife and daughter loved the decorations, and the granddaughter loved have the loft to herself.

Family getaway

We loved every minute of our time at Whispering Pines and in Mt. Ida. We were able to disconnect and enjoyed much needed family time. We loved the hammocks, fire pit, creek and the hiking near the cabin. We didn’t do everything g we wanted and everyone was ok with that! The cabin was so cute and clean and the kids loved having for life upstairs to sleep in.

Cute Cabin

The cabin is very cute and clean They offer free Wi-Fi and Netflix is on the tv Cozy stay. It was our first time coming to Arkansas to dig for crystals can't wait to return again. Don't hesitate this place is perfect for couples will sleep a couple small kids as well in the loft. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!!'

Cozy and convenient

The property was very conviently located to the attractions I was interested in. It was well furnished with everything I could have needed. Even though it is very close to the road, the noise really wasn't a bother. I love that it had a grill and a fire pit to use. I even got some help to make a better fire. The host was extremely helpful and provided so much local information.

Pit Stop on the Rock Trail

My grandchildren and I have stayed here twice on on travels to Northwest Arkansas. It is small but mighty! We enjoy the creek trail and the hammocks the most. The kids love the tiny house stocked with games and DVD but are usually enjoying the outdoors instead. Our host called to inform us we left a few items and graciously shipped them home for us! 10/10 service!! Thanks for letting us enjoy Whispering Pines!

Wonderful stay!

The property is very well taken care of and exactly as described. The weekend we were there, tornadoes were in the vicinity, and the owners made sure we had a safe place to go. They went above and beyond. The trail to the creek in the back is beautiful! We will definitely be back!

The perfect family getaway

Our stay at Whispering Pines Cabin was absolutely perfect for our family! Every inch of the cabin was thoughtfully designed, from the beautiful decor to the well-stocked amenities—everything we needed was right at our fingertips. The outdoor space was just as wonderful, with cozy hammocks and a lovely walk down to the creek (just keep an eye out for snakes). Our kids had a blast exploring and washing our crystals at the wash station. The location was ideal—peaceful and secluded, yet close enough to town for anything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better retreat and can’t wait to come back!

Peaceful, cozy, clean getaway!

My daughter and I came to AK to mine at Twin Creek Crystal Mine and it was the perfect location (just 10-15 minute drive). We loved the pine trees at the cabin, the hammocks, exploring at the creek (5 minute walk), and feeling tucked away in a cute cabin instead of staying farther away in Hot Springs as we usually do. From now on, we will come back to this cabin and enjoy a true “off the grid” location that still has everything we need. The hosts were wonderful!

Amazing little cabin near a creek and crystal mining. Loved the country charm of the cabin and the host was very informative of the area. Clean cabin with a quick little hiking area to Twin Creek which has lots of rocks and trout. Was surprised to see how clear it was with that peaceful running sound of water over the rocks through the creek. Perfect little setup with this cabin. The cabin does include an outdoor are with a grill, fire pit and hammocks! Perfect for a couple getaway or a small family. Bonus is that it is next to a rock shop and there are crystal mining adventures in both directions on this route. Would definitely recommend and make sure to visit the 270 Diner in Mt Ida
