Whispering Pines Cabin near beautiful Lake Ouachita

This little cabin has 1 bedroom for 2 and then a loft with 2 separate cots with 3” foam mattress for children or adults 😊..
Bathroom w/shower, air conditioner,
Kitchen with mini fridge, coffee pot, dishes, wine glasses, microwave, hot plate and patio w/charcoal grill.

We are contactless check in !!!
I will send you information the morning of ur check in about the cabin, check in, places to see and do in the area 😁😁

Easy in and out Accessibility

We have a running creek that’s a short walk through the pine trees behind the cabin called Twin Creek.. follow the white flags to the path !!

Outdoor smoking allowed with ash pots available in sitting areas.

We are Within 3 miles from Stunning Lake Ouachita that has hiking and bike trails or fishing, horseback riding, spa or even just relaxing.

Several crystal mines in the area for public crystal digging.

The host was very responsive and friendly. The cottage was cute and clean. The large, unattractive sign advertising the cottage was an eye-sore but that didn't take much away from the appeal. What did detour us from wanting to stay there for any length of time is that it is right on a busy highway. We did walk down to the creek which was lovely.

This is the most adorable cabin ever! It was so cozy and had everything I needed- Kat, the host, was wonderful and gave me a ton of information about the area. I highly recommend this quiet, picture-perfect cabin.

This was a lil breath of fresh air! I wanted to take my wife for a surprise birthday overnight get away and saw this lil place and thought it was perfect….AND IT WAS! We had a wonderful relaxing time! The place was truly absolutely PERFECT!

Perfectly organized tiny home! This home was quite, convenient location to digging sites, and has a rock store nextdoor. Having a nice path to the creek and the creek itself was a great bonus. I'll stay here again.

This was exactly what we wanted out of a tiny house stay! The beds were comfy, the loft was easy enough to get into (though adults don't fit very well), and the bathroom was just big enough. There was enough kitchen equipment and outdoor cooking space to accommodate meals, and the hammocks out back were clean and comfortable. The creek a short walk away was gorgeous! If you're not a morning person the lack of curtains may be a problem. The temperature inside stayed comfortable despite the heat outside. Would highly recommend this spot for a quiet stay close to some beautiful scenery.

Adorable place to stay!

This cute little cabin was the perfect location for our trip to the crystal mine. Easy to find and easy to check in. The trail to the creek was clean and fun to adventure. It has a rock washing station which was awesome! The bed was comfy and the shower had great water pressure!

Whispering Pines Cabin

Easy to find. Information from Kat prior to our arrival, made the stay and experience flawless. Very clean and amenities were great. Great location for the activities we had planned for our granddaughter. Excellent location for hunting for crystals. Can't to return to the area and use again. By far one of our best VRBO experiences. Enjoyed the quietness of the location compared to the concrete jungle where we live. My wife and daughter loved the decorations, and the granddaughter loved have the loft to herself.

Family getaway

We loved every minute of our time at Whispering Pines and in Mt. Ida. We were able to disconnect and enjoyed much needed family time. We loved the hammocks, fire pit, creek and the hiking near the cabin. We didn’t do everything g we wanted and everyone was ok with that! The cabin was so cute and clean and the kids loved having for life upstairs to sleep in.

Cute Cabin

The cabin is very cute and clean They offer free Wi-Fi and Netflix is on the tv Cozy stay. It was our first time coming to Arkansas to dig for crystals can't wait to return again. Don't hesitate this place is perfect for couples will sleep a couple small kids as well in the loft. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!!'

Cozy and convenient

The property was very conviently located to the attractions I was interested in. It was well furnished with everything I could have needed. Even though it is very close to the road, the noise really wasn't a bother. I love that it had a grill and a fire pit to use. I even got some help to make a better fire. The host was extremely helpful and provided so much local information.

Such a cute cabin! It was really cool exploring the creek area and the hosts are super nice. Their recommendation to visit the Hickory Nut Mountain Vista was awesome!
