It also offers a fully equipped kitchen, outside grill, and fire pit. This home is surrounded by National Forest and is steps from the water.

Bring your own boat or rent one from the marina! We offer 3 different styles of pontoons for daily rentals! Whether the kids are sliding into the cool water from our double decker pontoons, or you’re lounging with friends cruising the shoreline of our 42-mile lake, you are sure to enjoy your time here! Also stop by our food trailer, or browse our camp store for lake toys and souvenirs!

Guest is responsible for leaving the unit in the same condition (with normal usage) as it was found at arrival. The registered guest will be charged for any and all damages to the room found during or after departure.

Cannot wait to enjoy a summer time trip back.

Was exactly as posted and couldn’t ask for more. Communication was great and prompt. So great we are planning to revisit again in warmer months to actually enjoy all the water amenities available.

Amazing place right at the lake.

If you love staying right at the lake enjoying nature this is a place for you. the little house is small but very comfortable. We loved it there!!

Dogwood Cottage

Beautiful property on a quiet little cove of Lake Ouachita. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. Close to outdoor activity areas (hiking, kayaking on the lake). Wonderful sunsets down by the boat launch. We really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing!

This vacation rental is one of the best I've ever stayed in. The house was clean, smelled really nice, and was very cozy! The view from the house was amazing. We can't wait to stay again!

Tucked away in tiny town

Overall, our stay in Dogwood Cottage was pretty good! The cottage itself was just the right size for the 3 of us. The view of the lake is beautiful any you can walk right down to swim or explore. My only 2 complaints are that the shower didn’t drain very well and the bed was not very comfortable. We would stay here again.

Very pretty area

The cabin was very nice. Did have a problem getting into the bed. Too high for a shorter person to get into comfortably. Could also use a side table in the bedroom and one next to the sofa. Very quiet and lovely area.

Quaint tiny house

My husband and our dog had the best weekend stay at Dogwood cabin. Pictures are spot on with the cabin. We enjoyed the peace and quiet and the lake view. It was the perfect size for us!

Beautiful and Peaceful Piece of heaven

The tiny home is new and gorgeous. The view is great. Access to the water is easy. You do have neighbors but still so worth it with the nice deck and great view.

Lake Ouachita

Stayed in Dogwood Tiny Home. Clean, view of the lake, nice hiking area. Fall is definitely beautiful and if you like quiet and solitude this is a perfect spot. Disappointed because The Lodge (only place to eat right there) was being torn down so had to drive into town to Patty’s to grab breakfast. Suggest highly to go to Dollar Stire there in town to grab groceries if you want to fix food in your home. Overall a nice place but definite lack of places to eat.

Nice view

We very much enjoyed our stay. The cottage was clean and had nice decor. They were pet friendly, so we brought our dog. We were right near the water, of a small cove. It was a little steep walking down to the water. The view of the lake is nice from the front porch. Bed was very comfortable. Plenty of cookware. There were lots of swimming and fishing spots in the area. We would definitely stay here again.

Serenity at its best!

My husband and I wanted to “skip Christmas” this year. We were pleasantly surprised to find this little jewel in the woods. It was perfect for what we needed. We had a lake view to boot! The host even provided a little Christmas tree, which we so much appreciated!! Thank you so much for a perfect break from the hustle and bustle!

Fantastic experience

I absolutely enjoyed my stay in Dogwood Cottage at the Brady Mountain Resort. I stayed there 5 nights for a getaway vacation and the cottage and surrounding area did not disappoint. The staff were very hospitable and helpful. Dogwood cottage was the perfect size and setup for me and the staff supplied it very well with everything I would need. I cooked each meal and ate there, slept in the comfortable bed, and lounged outside on the porch or camp area. Brady mountain has beautiful scenery and awesome trails. The vista/overlook is a sight to see. Next time I will come later in Oct or early Nov when the leaves have changed more. I will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend it.

It was everything we could ask for. The property was pleasant and quiet. Very comfortable. Amenities, everything was provided. It was nice to sit, escape from social media and read a book again. Took long walks. We stayed Saturday to Saturday. We will definitely stay here again. This property is highly recommended.

A great stay.

My wife and I (and our little pup) loved our stay in this little cabin. It was the perfect size for the three of us. With just 30 steps to the water, it was so easy to be in and out all day. And it has all of the amenities you could need for a stay away from home. The only thing it is missing is washer/dryer. Not that I am complaining. The staff make sure that you have plenty of fresh towels for the length of your stay. Would recommend the Dogwood Cottage to anyone looking for a small home away from home.

Just as listed

We booked a "tiny home"-cottage for three nights. It was just as the photos described. It is located at Brady Mountain and is right by the water. We did have cell service and the water pressure was fine. The air/heat is a little tricky to set but works very well when you set the temperature. The area is very pretty and even though the other units in the area were occupied, it was very quiet and peaceful. If you stay here, find the Hickory Nut Mountain trail for a fabulous view of the lake.

Comfortable

We rented this for a place to stay while working on our retirement property. Brady answered all my questions in a timely manner. I do have to say that there was not a place for us to add our little fur baby when making the reservation . Brady was kind enough to allow her to stay at no extra charge. We are very thankful for that. I absolutely would have paid for her, she’s goes everywhere we go. Would stay here again. This tiny house is making us thinking about buying one. It would be perfect to have on our property.
