Directly behind the dike, near the North Sea lagoon and the play barn, just 200 meters from the beach and green beach lies the holiday village Robbenplate.
You live in a comfortable, cozy and family-friendly equipped and in Summer 2013 finished semi-detached house with its own lying right outside the front door parking and screened south-facing terrace:
2 sunbeds, 6 chairs with cushions, table, umbrella and barbecue.
The communal sauna is located next door.
The house is suitable Allergy and furnished in modern style.

Downstairs you will find a fully equipped kitchen with an oven with ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer (all e-devices company Neff). Coffee maker, Senseo, toaster, kettle, waffle maker and many other necessary utensils, which leave nothing to be desired are ready. Plates, cups, glasses, pots, pans, etc. are available in high quality and in sufficient quantity.

At the dining area has a pull-out and massive dining table where up to 12 people can be accommodated. Fits load 8 matching quality Hochlehner ready for a seating.

Payment:
The booking confirmation is also your invoice. On receipt of the booking confirmation 20% of the tour price will be due as a deposit. The balance is to be paid 4 weeks prior to departure. For bookings within 4 weeks prior to departure the full amount is due immediately.

Arrivals:
On arrival, you will receive your holiday house keys. The house you can refer weekdays 3:00 p.m. to 18:00 clock. Sundays and public holidays 12:00 to 14:00 clock. Guests arriving unexpectedly later, please call in advance to the rental office of your resort.

Local tax is to be paid locally:

Please understand that your holiday is to vacate in the morning on the departure day until 10:00 clock. A thorough cleaning takes time.
