Inclusive Beach Resort atmosphere! A completely remodeled 2 BR/BR 1275 square foot condo, surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean on the right, the Halifax Intercoastal water way on the left side, and Daytona cityscape in the middle.

Enjoy breathless sunset and sunrises from your condo on the 26th floor. Peck Plaza is the tallest condo in town. Your condo has amazing resort amenities:- 2 covered parking spaces, a private gym, pool table, ping pong table, child and adult outdoor pools, Hot-tub, basketball pickleball and tennis courts. We even provide the equipment! Outdoor furniture for the balcony & Beach chairs are ready for you in a private locker by our pool deck. When you work there is a dedicated work space and high speed wi-fi .

Kickback and relax with comfortable stylish furniture that has a sea-life theme. King size beds in both room. The living room has top-grain leather sofas and captain's chairs allow you to take in the views or turn and join in the conversation. Living room bar doubles as a great place for your morning coffee or smoothie and a glass of wine before dinner. Bedroom have top-of the line mattresses on king beds and luxurious bathrooms. A fully equipped kitchen for those stay at home nights.

Take the elevator up to the "Top of Daytona" a fine dining restaurant with 360 degree views of all of Daytona. Located right in the building, and just an elevator ride away you have great Happy Hours starting at 4PM. AFull size washer and dryer in the condo, and a Smart TV with all of your favorite streaming media are just a few of the amenities.

Had an amazing time! We were received with a warm in person welcome, as opposed to so many places simply giving you a code. The home is absolutely wonderful, extremely clean, well furnished, remodeled and designed. Obviously the views are a highlight! Would definitely come back!

The condo was beautiful! Just as in the photos! The view was amazing. This has both views to see so you’ll see beach view but also river view. What’s nice about river view is at night the city is lit up outside your windows. Daytona holds concerts during summer on Saturday night and st dusk we watched fireworks from our room off in a distance. You also get beautiful sunset views from the master bedroom. Stephanie the owner was super sweet and was wonderful to us. We will definitely be back here again soon.
The doors open all the way up so I turned off the air conditioning and enjoyed listening to the waves from living room.

This place was just as described in the listing, awesome. The only issue we had was with the elevator, however the building maintenance people were in the process of rebuilding it.

Great stay

It was a great place, good location, views you can’t beat. A couple of things to knows. The beds were really hard for me. Personally I like a soft bed. One other thing, they didn’t have plates to reheat food in the microwave. They only had plastic bowl and plates. It would have been nice to heat food in the microwave. Other than that it’s a very nice, clean place.

Pure amazingness

The property was just perfect, from the beds to the pool to the beach to the sight lines to the hostess, Lisa. Everything about our stay was impeccable. The lone issue, a very minor one, is the Peck Plaza being down to one elevator, which makes busy times during weekends a bit of an extra wait.

Views were over the top amazing! This condo was well appointed, clean, convenient to restaurants, and right on the beach with a pool and hot tub. Our stay in this condo was wonderful! Both the owner and the property manager were very helpful and attentive when we had questions. Everything in the unit and the building were as described. We would definitely return to this condo again!

Breathtaking!

What an fantastic time we had at our stay! The views are AMAZING!!! The condo has everything you need. The check in process was a tad confusing at first but Lisa showed us around the property and got us checked in with everything we needed. The beds are so comfortable and decor is beautiful. But the best part…..THE VIEWS!!! Sunsets are absolutely gorgeous! The views are so much better in person!!! We had the best time here and will definitely be back!

Beautiful condo

Loved our stay, super clean, great location, amazing views, comfortable beds. Lisa checked us in and was very nice and easy. Just be aware of check in times. There is no automatic check in and a fee for after hours. Luckily it worked fine for us, we checked in at 6:50pm. The water pressure was a bit low and the soaps were running out, but was really not a big deal. Would stay again. Did I mention the views??!!

The view from 26th floor was amazing! The host, Enrico, was very accommodating and took care of our every need. The Unit was clean and had all the conveniences. Would definitely stay there again!

Amazing view!

The unit was very nicely decorated and equipped with most necessities. The views were spectacular of the ocean and intercostal waterway. The owner was over the top accommodating.

Most impressive view ever

This was the most enjoyable stay in recent memory. The view from the 26th floor is spectacular. I expected it to be from the pictures, but the pics don't do it justice. As soon as you walk in, the view takes your breath away. Ospreys, vultures and pelicans frequently soar by right outside the windows. The view from the bedroom is like no other I've experienced. We had originally planned to stay two nights but changed our plans and extended an extra night. Not only is the view as good as it gets, but the place is beautifully decorated. We ended up spending most of our time just hanging out at the place because we were like, where can we go that will beat this...

Great view! Friendly host

Very clean, safe, organized. Very comfortable beds, nice bathrooms and kitchen. I did not prefer that there was a specific check in time, but just realize and communicate that in advance. But Enrico was a great tour guide and host. Very responsive. House stocked all necessary household items and easy access to beach. I'd stay there again.

BEST condo in Daytona!

This is one of the nicest condos with the best view I've ever stayed in. Kitchen - was a bit small but it was still really nice and well stocked. Had all the basic stuff you need. Living room - super comfortable couch (not a pullout) and the swivel chairs are so nice! The coffee table also easily rolls away for more room if you need. They have a smart TV that you can sign into. The dining table seats 4 and is right in front of the massive glass doors/balcony which makes your views for meals absolutely breathtaking. The view - I spent so much time just staring out the windows or going on the balcony. You can see both the ocean and inlet at the same time. Bedrooms - the beds were extremely comfortable (not soft or hard. Right in the middle), there is a fan in both but no tvs (because of the layout I assume). My suggestion is to keep the curtains closed during the day because it got really hot in the rooms just because of the large windows. Not a deal breaker though. Bathrooms - plenty of room in the one in the hallway (with the washer and dryer right outside of it) and a large one that's attached to one of the rooms. Good water pressure and toiletries/towels are provided. Check in - I was able to get in touch with him early and he showed us all the ins and outs of he building. You even get a locker with beach chairs, 2 parking spaces, etc. All in all, we will definitely stay here again!!!!

Hi, I'm Enrico Ruta and have been coming to the Daytona area since I was 13 to swim and surf and enjoy these beautiful beaches. My wife and I have been doing vacation rentals since 2011, and enjoy meeting guests from around the world. We think through every detail of our homes to delight our guests. We sometimes take a "staycation" in own vacation rental homes so we can fine tune the experience for guests.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

In 2019 we sold our other vacation rental homes and planned to fully retire. But then we saw the Peck Plaza remodel and had to be a part of the reopening. When we saw the view from the 26th floor we were hooked. We love the condo, the great staff and other owners and of course the amazing views. We look forward to staying there ourselves and hosting friends and family- and of course YOU!

Take the elevator down to the beach! You have a private storage locker where we supply beach gear on your way to Peck's private beach stair access. Right in the heart of the action, you have access to great restaurants, minutes drive to the Peabody Auditorium, Ocean Center.The Boardwalk and the International Speedway. You are very close to Daytona's popular events.

If you just want to chill, with all the property amenities, beach access and restaurants within walking distance, you never have to get in your car!
