Comfortably sleeping 12, this opulent retreat features a private saltwater heated pool, an air-conditioned game room, and themed bedrooms. Enjoy exclusive access to the entire home and the prestigious Emerald Island Resort amenities. - Security: For your safety and peace of mind, the property is located in a 24/7 gated community. The exterior of the property is equipped with surveillance cameras for security purposes.

- Resort Access Fee: Please be aware that the Emerald Island Resort requires a non-negotiable access fee of $20 per vehicle for the duration of your stay. This fee is paid directly to the resort and can be settled online before your trip or upon arrival at the clubhouse. This fee is not included in the booking price.

Our stay was everything we hoped for and more. We ran into a minor problem and the host quickly responded and resolved our issue. The house has a fully functioning kitchen with everything you can think of. It is perfect for kids and teens. Would highly recommend!

We did enjoy the game room and all the themed bedrooms, nice touch. Felt a little nickel and dimed- had to pay 20 per car for parking, 30 per day to have the pool heated, couldn’t program the thermostat below 72 degrees, etc. Overall a nice house in a nice location, but felt the extra fees/details were a little excessive.

We had a wonderful stay at the house! Spacious, Fully equipped hose, even above what we expected to find. Perfect house for a great stay with kids of any age, the younger ones will find toys, and the older ones can have fun with the Air hockey and the pool tables. Very nice home! Has tons of items you will need. The owners definitely put thought into what you will need and made sure the house has it. Owners were great made sure we knew they were available if we needed anything. Would stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and the check in/out process was easy. We loved how close it was to all the parks. My kids loved swimming in the pool after spending a day at Disney, as well as hanging out in the game room! We would definitely stay here again!

¡Hola! Welcome to Lucky Emerald Villa at Emerald Island Resort.

We chose this beautiful resort for our properties because it's an amazing community: people are very friendly, they look out for each other, and it creates a warm, family-oriented atmosphere that's perfect for relaxed vacations. It's a place where you really feel the welcoming vibe of a vacation rental community, and we love that.

Plus, its location is ideal—just about 3 miles (roughly 5 minutes by car) from the main gates of Disney World and very close to all of Orlando's theme parks. From here, everything is within easy reach: fun at the parks, great dining options, shopping, and places to relax after a day full of adventures. It's the perfect balance between excitement and rest!
