Located in a charming residence close to the village centre of St-Gervais, this one-bedroom apartment is within easy reach of the Evasion Mont Blanc ski area in winter and hiking trails in summer.

On the ground floor, this cosy 36 sq. m flat is decorated in the style of Savoyard chalets. It opens onto the residence's garden and features:
- a comfortable living room with a sofa bed,
- a separate fully-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, kettle, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer),
- a bedroom with double bed (140cm),
- a bathroom with shower, separate toilet,
- washing machine and tumble dryer, hoover,
- ski locker.

The accommodation does not include a parking space, but it is possible to park in the Mont Blanc tramway station car park or in the Espace Mont Blanc car park.

## Neighborhood

The resort, which has been awarded the "Famille Plus" label, welcomes all ages, whether you are a keen sportsman or a curious explorer. The Bettex cable car is less than 15 minutes' walk away, giving you access to the Evasion Mont Blanc ski area, which boasts over 400 km of pistes for you to enjoy your favourite winter sport.The Mont Blanc tramway, the highest cog railway in the world, takes you up to the Nid d'Aigle at 2372 m. The St-Gervais thermal baths are also renowned for their treatment of sensitive skin, and if a spa session does not tempt you, the thermal park is also open to visitors for a relaxing stroll. In summer, you can explore the surrounding hiking trails, from the easy ones like the Baroque path to the more intense ones. The town centre is just a few minutes' walk away, there you will find all the local shops as well as a variety of dining options such as Galeta or Edelweiss.

## Transit

A wastewater elevator (free of charge) less than 200 m from the apartment, offering direct access to the Thermal Park downstream and to the Fayet district, where the train station is located.
A new cable car, Le Valléen (chargeable), links the Fayet station directly to the Bettex cable car, 650 m from the apartment.
