You will appreciate our beautiful apartment, comfortable and bright, which is also our second home.
We have furnished it not as a rental, but as a home... Its atmosphere is warm with a bit of raw pine-style wood in all the rooms, and an industrial mountain style decoration.
Its location is perfect for skiers, next to the gondola (100 meters and 2 minutes on foot), and 8 minutes on foot from the center.
Everything can be done on foot (skiing and cable car, town center with supermarkets, market, restaurants) and no need to take the shuttle! You leave the car in the box, and it will not move for 1 week!.

It is classified furnished tourist 3* with all comfort ,with a large welcoming living room, 2 real bedrooms ,and 62 m2 of total surface area, which gives a feeling of space in this apartment, on the 4th floor out of 5 of the residence, with its large balcony of 18 M2 double exposure going around the apartment, and its beautiful view( lateral) from the balcony on the Dôme de Miage, snowy even in summer (it is a part of Mont Blanc)

You will be charmed by its large, bright and comfortable living room, with its warm modern wood and metal decoration, its 2 real bedrooms with, for one, 1 double bed queensize160X200, and for the other, 1 standard bed 140X190 and 1 bed 80X200.
Dishwasher, washer-dryer, household equipment just like at home, we feel good there as you will too!
Baby equipment is provided free of charge (120X60 bed, potty, booster chair)

You enter through a large corridor which serves all the rooms.

Host was super welcoming and responsive. Apartment was exactly as described and everything we had hoped for. More like a home from home than a rental and super accessible to the Gondola and local amenities. Would recommend very highly and would have absolutely no hesitation in staying again or recommending to anyone. Thank you once again .

Great position

This is the second year that we have stayed in this apartment, we liked it so much. The gondola station is very close, it is an easy walk into town or down to the Thermes using the new water-balanced lift. The apartment is very comfortable, with some lovely big mugs for a much needed cup of tea on returning from the slopes! Just like being at home, but with a much better view!

The apartement ist very nice decorated and fully equiped. The town and the telecabines are very near, so we did’nt move the car during the whole week. Bakery in 2 minutes distance and little shops in 10 minutes distance. Very nice region with lot’s of possiblitys for hiking tours. We had a excellent time at Saint Gervais. To visit Chamonix and Aiguille du Midi we used the very new telecabine Le Valleen to reach the station Le Fayet. From there the trains part to direction Chamonix.

Comfortable clean apartment very close to ski lift.

Good clean large apartment, perfect for family of 4. Excellent facilities. Slight issue with parking at times when the apartments private car park was full so no space for us! Very good location for ski lift to Bettex (start of the huge ski area) and close enough to the town to walk for meals and shopping etc. The apartment keys are kept with agents in town (which is the shop next to pharmacy not opposite it, it took us a long time to realise there were two shops run by the same agency!( arrived late and keys and instructions were left in agency postbox to collect. Overall really comfortable large apartment, it is in the main car park so no mountain views and remember to order your bed linen and towels., but over good good location for skiing break.

I will notify it from now on in the arrival instructions. Thank you for pointing it out If you come back: There is a private box for which you had the keys, but perhaps my explanations were not clear enough... and therefore the ouside residency parking , where you parked, is often full during the February holidays. The residence is not in the public car park of the Bettex telecabine, but right next to it. The residency is private and closed ; that's why it's very practical for skiing... The view of the dome of Miage (which is part of Mont Blanc), can only be seen from the balcony, and not in the apartment, as stated in the description of the ad. From inside the apartment, there is a view of the neighboring building, offset, but as we are on the 4th floor, we dominate quite a bit, anda view of the Prarion, which is a large mountain covered with fir trees which dominates Saint Gervais. , which I personally find very pleasant to see when I'm on the couch ! La vue sur le dome de Miage (qui est une partie du Mont Blanc) ,ne se voit effectivement qu'à partir du balcon ,et pas dans l appartement , comme cela est dit sur le descriptif de l annonce . De l’intérieur de l appartement , il y a une vue en décalé sur l immeuble voisin , mais comme nous sommes au 4e étage , on domine pas mal , et une vue sur le Prarion , qui est une grosse montagne couverte de sapins qui domine Saint Gervais, que je trouve très agréable à regarder, personnellement, quand je suis sur le canapé ! Ticked all our boxes

Great location, clean and comfortable and all the amenities we needed. Location - 100m, if that, from the gondola. It’s also across the road from the bakery, a tabac, take-away pizza and a great little bar it’s free games to entertain the kids. Comfort - we have never slept so well in France. The beds were the best, although we did bring our own pillows as normal. The apartment was a very comfortable size for a family of 4 with every utensil and gadget you could need. Large to with Netflix access much appreciated after a day on the slopes. The garage and ski locker were a great addition. Franchise was very communicative and checked in via email to see how our week was going. This apartment is a little gem compared with so many in St Gervais, and we should know, we had friends in 5 other apartments nearby and none were as good as ours for comfort and amenities.

Comfortable, well equipt and good central location.

Second stay at this apartment. Good location by the main gondola lift. Apartment is large and suitable for a family, with a king size bed, a double and a single bed. Lots of equipment and access to Netflix if you have an account. Remember to either bring your own towels and bedding or order in advance. Shower is hot and powerful and bathroom is clean and practical. Two fridges and two coffee machines! We ate out most evenings or got take away pizza, so I can not comment on the cooking facilities. St Gervais has lots of great eating places to explore and a fantastic local market on Thursday mornings. Apartment has carpark below, where we could always park and access is via a barrier (key fob provided) also available is a ski locker but we didn’t use this as we kept our skis and boots at Le Bettex in a hired locker called SkiLoc. Rental office in the town is easy to find and because we arrive after 6pm we collect the key from the office locker, communication is very good with own of the property and office staff. This year the owners told us there was a new washing machine which was better than the old one, again we didn’t use this during our stay. Apartment has a good size balcony, view is limited to another apartment and the lift, so not Mountain View’s really. But still lots of pluses for this apartment, hence why we returned again this year.

La situation et le confort de l appartement sont ses points forts ,et c'est ce que nous voulons pour votre résidence secondaire .L'appartement est aménagé pour nous, et pas à but juste locatif, ce qui est totalement différent. Mais nous voulons aussi une vue â minima ,même si elle n est pas directe sur le Mont Blanc ... Nous nous sommes contentės de la vue latérale sur le Mont Blanc, à partir du balcon ,avec effectivementut des immeubles à proximité mais nous sommes en étages élevés, ce qui fait que l'on domine quand même. On ne voit la montagne du Mont Blanc enneigée, hiver et été ,qu'en sortant sur le balcon ,en vue latérale , mais nous adorons la regarder évoluer en couleur au cours de la journée , ou en déjeunant sur le balcon. Et la vue sur la montagne du Prarion et ses sapins enneigés, en face de l appartement, par delà l'immeuble d'en face , car nous sommes au 5ème étage, est très agréable.Je l'apprécie beaucoup en étant installée sur la méridienne, visible même dans l appartement. En étant en ville, il n est pas possible d'avoir la vue magique que l'on a en montant au Bettex, sur le Mont Blanc. Mais il y a les autres avantages de la proximité du centre ville. L'appartement est parfaitement situé "au cœur des montagnes " avec beaucoup d'activités à pied ou en voiture. Il est très bien équipé, les lits sont confortables. Le box a été très pratique. La gare de télécabine est tout près. Les vues depuis le balcon étaient impressionnantes.

Concernant l' internet, je suis surprise car , quand nous allons a l appartement,nous regardons chaque soir des films en streaming avec le WiFi et la Google Chromecast, et nous n avons aucun problème. Peut etre qu'il y avait beaucoup de connexions en cette semaine du 15 août avec beaucoup de vacanciers, ou que le canicule a eu des effets sur l' internet.....? Vacances parfaites

Séjour parfait dans un bel appartement confortable, décoré avec goût et fonctionnel. Literie confortable, cuisine bien équipée. Le logement est situé à 2 min des remontées, à proximité de boulangeries et de commerces. Que du positif… Sûr que nous y reviendrons !

Magnifique appartement

L'appartement est très confortable et très bien équipé. Il est, de plus, idéalement situé pour accéder aux télécabines et la communication avec les propriétaires est fluide. En un mot : parfait.

Un cocon au pied du télécabine

C’est la 2eme fois que nous séjournons dans ce magnifique appartement et ça ne sera pas la dernière. Emplacement, propreté, équipement, confort, décoration, espace… tout est là pour des vacances au top!!! Merci de partager des endroits comme celui ci.

Excellent emplacement

Très bon séjour à part qu'il faudrait prévenir qu'il n'y a pas d'éponge pour la vaisselle, torchon, sel, poivre etc... pastille pour le lave-vaisselle et le lave-linge, papier de toilette etc... etc... si je l'avais su j'aurais apporter le nécessaire. Tout est très cher sur place. Sinon c'était parfait.

Chère Sylvie Je suis contente que vous ayez apprécié votre séjour malgré ces " surprises". Vous auriez dû me demander avant le séjour ,comme le font certains vacanciers... Je réponds toujours rapidement ! En tout cas, je vous remercie de ce commentaire qui me permet de préciser certains points pour tous: Nous fournissons pour chaque location 1 kit d arrivée:1 éponge gratounette neuve,(vous auriez dû l'avoir,je vais le signaler au service concerné) ,2 sacs poubelles ,1 grand et 1 petit ,1 rouleau de papier toilette, du produit vaisselle et du savon liquide, grands flacons , des alèzes jetables (sommier et oreillers)en sus de celles non jetables, pour plus d'hygiène,ainsi que 2 cadeaux de bienvenue,dont une bouteille d'alcool . Il est bien noté sur l'annonce que le linge peut être loué ( ce qui signifie qu'il n'est pas fourni )au service de conciergerie sur demande du locataire (linge de lit, de toilette ,torchon,...). Nous ne sommes pas un appart-hôtel :la fourniture de papier toilette a volonté comme à l'hôtel, ou le lavage des torchons après une location, ne sont pas possibles en l'état actuel du statut de notre location... Par ailleurs, le fond de roulement ( sel, poivre,huile...)n'est plus possible avec les normes Covid qui existent toujours. Enfin, il y a un Intermarché moins cher à 7 km à Domancy,un hyper Carrefour et un Aldi à Sallanches.Il faut toujours faire des courses pour manger et le reste nécessaire...Au plaisir de vous recevoir a nouveau.Françoise

Bel appartement, très bien situé.

Tout s'est très bien passé. Seul bémol (mais cela ne se reproduira pas l'année prochaine :-)) la présence du chantier de la station de téléphérique qui commençait à 8h le matin :-(. Mais bon, c'est exceptionnel. A part ça, rien à dire !

Bonjour Nicolas , merci de votre appréciation . Effectivement il va y avoir à partir de cette prochaine saison d hiver, un nouveau moyen de transport pour Saint Gervais , fonctionnant toute l' année et pour tous.Je ne savais pas où en étaient les travaux....Ce sera un téléphérique qui va relier la gare SNCF du Fayet à Saint Gervais, juste a côté de notre résidence à Saint Gervais et sa station de télécabine qui va au Bettex, idéal pour les skieurs .(et comme déjà dans certaines villes comme Bordeaux ) .Un gros plus pour ceux qui veulent venir en train ! Et comme l appartement est situé au pied de cette télécabine, à 2 mn à pied , tout peut se faire à pied grâce à sa situation : ski ou aller au centre ville , ce sera idéal ! La précédente station reste au même endroit mais a été légèremet décalée , et de ce fait, l appartement est plus protégé du bruit car il y a une résidence qui sera intermédiaire,tout en restant toujours aussi proche de la station allant au Bettex .C'est parfait pour les skieurs ! Au plaisir de vous revenir une prochaine fois.

Appartement très agréable et bien équipé

Très bon séjour de 10 jours en famille (4 adultes et 1 enfant), appartement spacieux, chaleureux, bien décoré et super bien équipé (placards dans les chambres, matériel de cuisine , machine à laver/secher, étendoir à linge, jeux, casier à ski... .), calme malgré la proximité des télécabines, et très bien situé, accès très rapide aux télécabines, boulangerie, patinoire et proche du centre à pied. Balcon sympa. Conforme à la description. Tres gentil cadeau d'accueil à l'arrivée dans l'appartement ! Échanges faciles et très cordiaux avec la propriétaire. Nous y retournernions avec plaisir.

Séjour très agréable

Résidence bien située à 2mn des télécabines (accès facile) et à proximité du cœur du village et des commerces. Appartement très bien équipé avec une décoration raffinée.

Séjour au calme au pied des remontées mécaniques

Appartement très confortable et bien équipé pour les 4 adultes que nous étions. Nous étions au calme, la literie bien confortable et des rangements prévus pour nos affaires. Télécabine au pied de l'immeuble et le centre ville à 10min à pied. Très proche un loueur de matériel et aussi une boulangerie.
