I booked this condo based on the glowing online reviews and impressive photos, but the reality could not have been more different. Upon arrival, the water was completely shut off and remained off for nearly an hour. Once inside, it was clear the unit had not been cleaned properly: hair in the bathroom, sand on the living room floor, chips on the pull-out sofa, and dirty sheets in the master bedroom — including a pillowcase with blood stains. The second bedroom was unbearably hot, and if it weren’t for an old, beat-up box fan someone else had left behind, the master bedroom would have been just as uncomfortable.The resort itself was even worse. When checking in, I waited over an hour just to receive a parking pass and wristbands, partly because staff were rarely at their posts. When they did appear, they were rude and unprofessional, acting as if guests were an inconvenience. Half of the elevators were out of service, and the ones that worked were painfully slow. Security threatened to tow my car from temporary parking while I was attempting to check in, and when I tried to explain, I was told it “wasn’t their problem.” Unfortunately, this attitude was consistent at check-out as well.We ended up switching resorts and had a far better experience elsewhere. I cannot recommend this property — it is misleadingly advertised, poorly maintained, and staffed by people who clearly do not value guests.
