This cozy and tastefully decorated 14m2 studio is conveniently located near top attractions in Paris, including Bercy Parc, Village, the Seine, and la Coulée Verte. The studio is situated on the 5th floor with stair access.

The studio features an open layout with combined living, dining, and kitchen areas. The living space offers a comfortable double bed with high-quality hotel linens for a homely night's sleep and a TV for entertainment.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including a stove and an oven, allowing you to prepare delicious meals conveniently.

In the bathroom, you'll find all the necessities, including towels and complimentary toiletries, ensuring your comfort during your stay.

Please note that construction work is taking place in the neighbourhood until the end of December, which may cause some daytime noise.

The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

The once-gritty 12th arrondissement is now a cluster of tranquil residential neighbourhoods. The peaceful Coulée verte René-Dumont offers an oasis with gardens along a former elevated railway. Families flock to Bercy, an old warehouse district with a park, concert arena, retail chains and restaurants. The Cinémathèque Française, designed by Frank Gehry, shows classic movies and has a museum and archive.

But if you need more than that, go for the Bois de Vincennes, ideal for a walk or a sports session, and the Bassin de Arsenal, a small marina in the heart of the capital. Many shops and cafés guarantee a dynamic atmosphere in this district, especially in the morning. Finally, let yourself be tempted by the planted promenade, which is 4.5 km long and starts at the Bastille and ends near the Bois de Vincennes.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Gare de Lyon, is just a 7-minute walk.

Orly Airport is approximately a 20-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
