POOL SERVICE NOTE

The pool is serviced twice a week on Monday and Friday. We do our best to keep sand out of the pool, but because the home is next to the dunes, you may see some sand at the bottom of the pool.

THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING

A signed Property Management Rental Agreement Contract is mandatory upon booking.
A copy of the driver's license is required to receive check-in instructions.
Contracting guests of Port A Beach House Company must be 25 years of age or older.

GOLF CART RENTALS

Add a 6-seater golf cart to your booking for $175 per day. We are your one-stop shop. It is the best way to experience island life and enjoy fun and easy access to the beach.

BEACH GEAR CREDIT INCLUDED

As a gift to you, this home offers beach gear credit for you to select top-quality beach gear for your vacation stay. You can choose from items including bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, boogie boards, and more. Simply select the gear you want at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date, and VayK Gear will take care of the rest. A small delivery fee may apply.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

A two-night minimum stay is required.
Check-in time is approximate; housekeeping and maintenance make all attempts to be ready by 4 pm, but there is no guarantee.
Starter set is for 1 night only and we will not resupply the home.
Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can't guarantee that you won't hear or see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. There are no refunds for outages of cable/WIFI or if the city pool is closed for cleaning, repair, or maintenance.
Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitoes and pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by a professional pest control service every month.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION

We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.
We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.
