Nice townhouse for weekend getaway

The townhouse was near the beach and was in a nice neighborhood. Oscar was quick tor respond with any questions that we had.

Another amazing week at the beach

This property is in a great location and was perfect for our group of 6. The host is communicative and kind. Close to restaurants, has ample parking, and the pool is a great option. Will be back again next year!

Clean, plenty of space, easy to communicate with property owner. Have to drive to beach, but view of bay is outstanding.

Couldn't ask for more!

We stayed for a family (of 6) vacation and were super impressed with the property. It was large enough, well stocked, and had clear guidelines for the house. A comfortable, quiet neighborhood. Easy access to pool, parking was not an issue. Loved the area, loved the property, and hope to stay again in the future!

Good stay

The place had lots of rooms for each of us to be in peacefully. The kitchen was perfect, as well as the dining and living areas. The sunroom, chairs in the back, and view of the lake were great too. The heated pool was amazing, and we went in it each day. Close enough to the beach for us as well. Oscar was kind to send us something important that we left behind. Great stay. Recommend it.

Getaway

We enjoyed this beautiful townhouse and it’s really exception views during our stay. It was roomy and we’ll decorated and extremely comfortable. It has more amenities than I think I’ve ever had in a place and I vacation with Vrbo once a year! Thank you to Oscar for excellent communication, always responsive and helpful. We would definitely come back!

Loved the property but would suggest more fans for upstairs bedrooms. We did feel the cleaning fee was excessive especially when they tell you to have everything clean when you leave.

Peaceful, Bird Sanctuary Like Vacation

The property is lovely and well cared for. This particular unit backs up to the tidal river with beautiful grasses of the wetlands framing it. This space is peaceful and quiet. The gift of looking over the river, watching the amazing birds, and enjoying the sounds, smells and sights of the area was truely a gift. The location is perfect. It is close to everything including quiet beaches with free parking. North of the crazy and busy boardwalk area makes it a quick trip to all kinds of attractions, including the boardwalk area, when you want. I loved that all of the towels, sheets and blankets are there at the property already. The appliances are all modern. We were happy they had an air fryer, keurig and a great 4 slice toaster. The kitchen is fully equipt. I'm glad I packed a few of my favorite pans, baking sheets and knives but cooking is my thing. We enjoyed taking a dip in the pool. Whenever we went we were the only people there. The entire community is well taken care of, well landscaped and there is no traffic! Oscar was the perfect host. Whenever I had a question he was helpful, available and reliable. Oscar is sweet. When we left, my husband left several items of clothing in the house. Oscar mailed them to my home and refused to be reimbursed. My family agrees that we would certainly rent this exact space from Oscar again.

Beautiful Bay Views!

My family and I stayed in Oscars unit from Sunday till Saturday. The location is perfect, not to close and not to far from everything. The house was well stocked with all items you could possibly need on a vacation and very clean when we checked in. Oscar has great communication and was easily accessible by text anytime we reached out. The only downside to our trip was that none of the bedrooms are on the first floor and the stairs are quite steep. We had 2 people in our party that had difficulties climbing the stairs and one of them had to sleep on the couch downstairs a few nights. The pool was very clean and was never over crowded. The water was very refreshing during the 90 degree days. Other than the house layout, we had a very nice time and would definitely stay there again (depending on who is with us). Thanks Oscar!!

Overall a great place

We stayed at Oscar’s townhouse for a week in July 2022. Overall, the house was a great experience - there were just a few things I didn’t enjoy. The house is in excellent condition and is well-maintained. It was very clean upon arrival except for the master bathroom shower. The house is comfortable and allowed plenty of space for our small family. We did have a problem with the digital key code not working on our first night and thus getting locked out of the house. However, Oscar was very responsive to my call/text and was able to give us another code to get in within 10 minutes of being locked out. The kitchen was well-stocked and the furniture throughout the house was comfortable. My biggest suggestion is to put blackout curtains on the bedroom windows. I was woken by the sunrise every morning, which is not what I want on vacation. But overall, we had an enjoyable stay at this property.

Beautiful and comfortable

This place was awesome! Great view of the water from backyard. Great sunporch to sit in because was cold most days. Living room/ kitchen open layout great. The only thing missing/or we couldn’t find was a toaster. Kids loved all the stuffed animals in the bedrooms. Loved having towels and linens provided! The laundry room was convenient on bedroom floor! Very good location to everywhere we wanted to go. Would definitely stay here again!

Awesome location

This house was amazing. Great spot. The communication with the host was perfect. Quick response time and extremely friendly. Beautiful view and short distance to everything you would want for a beach trip. Highly recommend!!
