ABSOLUTELY SPECTACULAR 2800 SQUARE FOOT 4 BEDROOM 4 BATHROOM CONDO ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF STERLING BEACH. THE CONDO WILL SLEEP 14 COMFORTABLY.


(Primary renter must be at least 25)
-The Living room has a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico with 2 Queen Sleeper Sofas and a pool table!
-Living Room includes a 60” Flat screen TV

-Kitchen has been renovated with granite counter tops, stainless steel double sink and disposal
-Fully equipped Kitchen includes microwave, toaster oven, blender, coffeemaker

-Master Bedroom has KING bed and a 32” Flat screen TV and a gulf view with balcony access
-Master Bath has a two separate showers and double vanity

-2nd bedroom has a KING size bed with views of the gulf and a full bathroom attached.
-Off the 2nd master bedroom is a bunk room with 2 twin size beds.

-The 3rd Bedroom also has a KING size bed with a full bathroom attached.

-The 4th bedroom has a king size bed with attached bathroom.

-There is wireless internet access throughout the residence
-There is full size washer/dryer conveniently located in the unit

Great location & easy check-in …needs updating cooking supplies(no crockpots & not enough forks for everyone) ..washer is super loud but works… beds & bedding was all very clean but couches were dirty…loved the pool table & pool & beach was fabulous!! Needs some TLC for price.

Large space for multigenerational family

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed here 2 years in a row with a large family including 7 children ranging from toddler to pre teen. And we don’t feel like we are on top of each other. Each master has a king bed which is great. And the 3rd floor can’t be beat- quick elevators and easy access to stairs. The pool is always quiet. Security is a bit nitpicky which is annoying at times. (Like scolding us for not writing the year on parking passes, or scolding adults for opening a candy wrapper over the trash can by the pool, etc). The room itself is great, but does need some attention to amenities like restocking cookware and sheets/pillowcases for pullout sofas which were not provided. A few light bulbs need replacing here and there. But all together a great space that accommodates us and we will likely return next year.

Good and Bad

Bad: Carpet and Sofa's need replacing. It's time for a deep cleaning of the unit overall.Good: Location of property in PCB is good, closer to the state park and less busy area of the strip. I personally like lower level, this is 3rd floor which is nice.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We haven't been at Sterling Beach since 2014 and we were glad to be back. . Overall, the trip and room were great. A couple of suggestions - I do think the listing needs to include the rules for the building. They do not allow any food in the pool gate so no snacking what so ever is hard with kids. This condo specifically has terrible pots and pans. And the balcony door was broken but thankfully that got fixed during our stay. I would recommend this room to others. It has all the wear and tear of any place in a beach town, but at the same time was clean and just what our family needed.

Tons of space and a pool table!

We enjoyed the stay. We love the location on Thomas Drive and Sterling Beach is nice with plenty of parking onsite. As many have said the unit shows a good deal of wear- paint, carpet, tile, furniture etc. It truly didnt bother us much though. We had a group of 5 kids and were able to let them play. Everyone loved the pool table. With 4 br 4ba its great for large family. Windows, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms were very clean except for an issue with the shower heads that was corrected the morning after checkin. The fridge in the 4th br did not work. This was a big deal because it was mentioned in 2024 reviews but still not fixed. It was replaced with a brand new one on our 3 or4th day. The ice maker on main fridge seems to work periodically and doesnt make much ice but cools great. Kitchen has basics but thats about it. And minimal starter supplies but no different than a lot of rentals nowdays. The view was great. Lots of windows and a nice corner balcony. Beds were comfy, nothing fancy but no complaints. With it being an end unit you have a large corner outside of unit to keep beach toys. Ours stayed there and was never bothered. But be careful not to block the closet that's there, it would violate fire code- since my son and i are both facilities mgrs we know that but most wouldnt. The grounds are very well kept. Pool is large and heavily monitored. Good little grill area with 3 propane grills. Would stay again!!! But still waiting for my deposit return- said would b 2wks

Family Vacation

Our family had an overall good experience on our vacation! The location was perfect and the views were beautiful. With that being said there are several issue that need to be addressed. The door to the balcony from the living room and the front bedroom were not lockable. This becomes a big issue and very unsafe when you have little kids traveling with you like we did. The living room furniture was very dirty and needs a really good deep cleaning. The carpet is also in need of a good shampooing. You can not walk around in the condo barefoot without your feet turning black. The code we were giving to get back and forth from the beach was incorrect, but thankfully there were other guest that were able to assist us! Like I stated in the beginning the condo is in a great location and has beautiful views but the up-keeping of this property needs to be attended to better then how it is currently.

Beach

The condo was easy to access on the 3rd floor of the building and to the beach. The pool was a perfect temperature. The guys who clean the site are always around and always watching. They were pretty on about only being in the hot tub for 15 min. As for the condo. There was plenty of space for everyone to hang out and talk or play games. The kitchen was nice but

The pool was nice but cold this time of year, a heated option would be nice. Any staff we ran into on the grounds was super nice and respectful. Loved having a pool table in the place, it got a lot of use! Great views out the windows. The side balcony was a bit small but big enough and this was the first time we stayed in a place that didn't have a front balcony, so was surprised how warm it got through the glass without the balcony being there to shade it. The carpet was nice to have although it could use a good cleaning for sure. Couple of the toilets made weird noises and a TV in one room that was tried did not work properly. Not a big deal on any of this as everything else was super nice and we really loved this condo.

Not terrible but will shop around next time

Great except really needs a deep clean. My 1-year-old's feet were black from crawling around the inside floors within the first hour we were there. We all wore socks or shoes after that. I expected the black bits in the whirlpool tub, but other visible dirt would be the reason we shop around next time. Also beds were SUPER firm. I thought I liked a form bed, but even I was uncomfortable. For planning purposes: -had pepper but no other food (we left a little salt) -missing measuring spoons, batteries in remotes, oven mitts. Pots and pans were as expected at a rental; enough to get by. -One roll TP in each bathroom. For 6 adults, did not last all week. -One roll paper towels, one mini dish soap. Did not last all week. One washcloth and one dish towel. One used sponge under sink.. Not sure if used for cleaning or dishes. One dish brush that was fine. -Table had 4 chairs but would have fit more. We used the backless barstools that were too high for the table. -nice stock of beach gear in closet. Two chairs that weren't the best. -

Large Family Condo on the beach

Had a great family vacation! Condo was perfect for our family of 9. Huge end unit with beautiful views of beach and pool. The pool table was a nice bonus. Every bedroom had their own bathroom and comfortable king bed. Only suggestions would be a table for outdoor area, more sharp knives and silverware and have the furniture and throw pillows cleaned. Overall a great week!

Had to purchase plastic ware. The sheets on the bunk beds were dirty. The toilet in the master bath made a loud screaming noise when flushed. The doors coming into master bedroom and going into master bath were loose from their hinges and scrubbed loudly when opened and closed.

Problems

The toilet in one room made a terrible noise every time you flush it, 1 room smelled bad due to the floor stayed wet at the door of it the entire time, and the floors/carpet was dirty crumbs and stuff under the furniture

Perfect for our family

Great place to stay. The condo staff was always helpful and the grounds were well kept. The Condo was great and having the 4 bathrooms was the best.

Amazing views!

The views from the floor to ceiling windows are completely amazing! The place is huge. Plenty of space for us and our grown children. My only complaint would be cleanliness. There were stains on several of the sheets and one of the blankets looked like it had poop stains on it. That's a lot of money to spend too be doing laundry as soon as i got there. They did offer to send housekeeping which i refused because honestly they would've had to wash the sheets and i already had them stripped and in the wash. At least after that i could sleep comfortably feeling like things were clean. There were issues with the balcony door but locking but being 3 floors up i didn't care. Also the exhaust fans in the bathrooms are very noisy. But that wasn't a big deal for me. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. First family vacay since my son got home from the Navy.

Great for families and friends

Loved the pool table and was very happy with the bedroom/bath setups. The property is maintained well and groundskeepers were very nice. Will keep this one on our list for future trips.

There's plenty of seating in the spacious living room. The kitchen and deck are bigger than they appear in the photos. It was a little chilly when we were there and we loved that the pool was heated. We appreciated that there was filtered water and ice from the refrigerator. The only cons are that they could use more silverware and the pans are pretty bad. The view is amazing and the private beach wasn't crowded. We would definitely stay here again.

Spring Break 2024

Fantastic location. Even though it was Spring Break, we wouldn’t have known it. Quiet, clean area throughout the property. Visible employees all day. Suggestions: Hot pads in kitchen, more dish cloths and dish towels. Also a sharp knife set. There was only one large sharp knife. Also, the jets in one of the tubs did not work. We left a new can opener. The 2 there did not work. There is no outdoor table on the balcony (as the picture shows.). These are not complaints-we had a fabulous time!

Not cleaned well or maintained properly

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It is a pretty condo. Unfortunately it was not very clean. Under the sofa in the main living room there was food along with nuts. We have someone with a nut allergy. Also, there was dirty kleenex and a dirty hand towel under one of the king beds. Along with white substance on blankets and multiple pillows. The king bed in that same room was broke. The frame was not even securely attached, so it was loud and wobbly. The fridge in the on-suite kitchenette did not work. We did contact the property and they sent out a cleaning crew and they provided us clean sheets. We washed all of the comforters ourselves. The dryer in the unit had to have the lint cleaned out of it, we took 2 vacuums containers out of it just in order for it to dry. It was just disappointing to have to do this on vacation. No offer to give any discounts for the problems. The pool and grounds were very well kept and staff was always checking to make sure only guests were utilizing the property, which was nice to see.

We enjoyed the floor to ceiling windows looking out at the fantastic views of the pool and beach. Beds and pillows comfortable. Pool and the property were nicely maintained. There were a few items that need improvement, the Unit A - with the mini frig; the mini frig was not working, Kitchen could use a few more kitchen cooking utensils and cookie sheets and the dryer door locking latch needs replaced - dry works great- latch needs repaired/replaced. Would certainly recommend this unit.
