Two brand-new elevators that are the fastest on the beach. Everything to make your vacation stay more relaxing!

The Perfect condo for large/multiple families!

Our condo is equipped with a seasonally heated pool, hot tub and boardwalk directly onto the world’s most beautiful sugar-white beaches. We are a short 5 minute beach walk to Pineapple Willy’s, where you can eat/drink overlooking the ocean, or walk directly across the street to Daiquiri Shack and Sunrise Bakery for breakfast/lunch or drinks. Beach chairs are available for rent, or simply bring your own chairs & tent. Jet ski, parasailing, banana-boat rides are all available for rent directly in front of the condo.

You will have 1 Free reserved covered parking spot, plus 1 pass for free overflow parking. Additional parking is available via a convenient pay-lot directly across the street, Free high speed WiFi , 4K smart TV's in every room.

Many guest love cooking in our amazingly well-stocked kitchen or picking up food delivery and eating at our huge 8 seat Dining Room table, or the balcony dining table & bar-top that also seats 8 guests. The kitchen includes cooking utensils, pots & pans, dishcloths, potholders, flatware, dishware, glassware and a corkscrew. Standard appliances include a refrigerator, microwave, stove, toaster oven, toaster, waffle maker, blender, mixer, air fryer, normal coffee maker, and a Keurig coffee maker.

My family and extended family had an amazing time staying here for Labor Day Weekend. The location was perfect and communication with the host was superb. We could not have asked for more. I would highly recommend this place to others visiting PCB.

Best location and best condo!

Came here for my bachelorette party and the beginning of the trip presented us some challenges but the owners were MORE THAN accommodating and kind. The owners provided everything we needed. One thing I really enjoyed was the amount of towels. Sometimes rental houses do not have enough and we are constantly washing them (lol it’s the little things!) We had the best time and everything we wanted to do was walking distance. Sunrise restaurant across the street was AMAZING!

Sister vacation

We had a great stay at this condo. The balcony is amazing all the kitchen utensils were fantastic. The pots and pans were very nice and the location is really good. Parking in the garage is a nightmare. I recommend park across the street.

Plenty of room

The place was big and very clean when we arrived! Plenty of room for the 13 of us! My only complaint, and I know the owner can't do anything about it, is the parking deck. VERY tight and only 1 parking spot for a 4 bedroom condo. Over flow parking is very small, you leave your spot, you lose your space. Overall we loved it!

Summer vacation

This was our first condo beach trip. We have booked houses in the past, but wanted a shorter walk to the beach. The property was nice but we did have a couple of cleaning issues upon arrival. Bunk bed linens and associated bathroom were not clean. Elevators on check in and check out days are a nightmare. Parking is difficult. Overall I enjoyed the stay but it was not a perfect accommodation.

Awesome balcony space

Over all great. Only few issues. Refrigerator control panel on door is falling off. Worn and old. Mirrors in bathroom worn and old. Parking is an issue. If more than one vehicle you will have to park in city lot . City lot is sketchy. Overflow lot is always full. Property manager Marc is extremely helpful and super nice. I will return in the off season and hopefully the small repairs will be corrected.

Awesome place, views and experience!

We had such a great time at this condo. It comes with everything you need. It is right on the beach with breathtaking views of the emerald coast. Our host was responsive and extremely helpful.

Nice condo, Horrible Elevators

The condo was amazing! Spacious, clean and beautiful views of the Gulf. Now keep in mind the owner of the condo can’t control this, but the Elevators are horrible! My husband, son, myself and a teenage girl we didn’t know ended up stuck in one of the elevators! We had to call 911 to get us out! The firefighter who got us out of the elevator said they come to that building all the time. It seems to be a known problem and whoever owns the actual building needs to improve the elevator. Both elevators make klanking noises and are very unsafe.

Memorial gathering

Had a wonderful time at the condo. Plenty of room & easy to access. The view was Fabulous!!!! When we come back, we will come at this time of year. (Mid November) The area wasn’t overcrowded even with the IRONMAN event. Thank You for a Spectacular weekend.

Family get together

Loved condo but parking was difficult & pool too small for all the kids there. Kids in pool were dangerous as totally unsupervised. We stayed a few minutes and left.

Perfect fit

We had a long weekend with 7 girlfriends. Plenty of space and bathrooms. When we weren’t on the beach the balcony was our favorite place to be!

Very roomy!

We enjoyed our stay at this unit. The extra bedroom was nice for our large family. During our stay, each elevator had technical issues (thankfully not on the same day) Also, the keypad that is on the gate to access the beach does not work until 7:30 am each day. So if you are an early riser this could be an inconvenience. There was a lot of maintenance work going on during our stay. However, my daughter did leave behind a dress and I reached out to him in hopes to have it shipped to me but no response. I could also see parking being an issue if you have more than one vehicle in the peak months of the season. September thankfully was a lot less crowded or we would not have gotten a park in overflow section. Parking across the street with small kids was challenging especially when it was raining.

GREAT CONDO AND LOCATION!

The condo was very clean, the location was great and within walking distance of many good places, check in was a breeze, the property manager was very prompt with any questions we had, each of the four couples had there own private room and bathroom which was a huge plus, and the balcony was huge! We all enjoyed our stay and have already discussed a return stay in the future!

Great vacation.

This property provided a “home” for our multi-family vacation. The unit itself was very nicely decorated, stocked with all we needed and very roomy for our family of 9. Balcony was very large with plenty of seating. There were plenty of beach supplies (chairs, buckets, shovels etc) provided. The area of the beach we overlooked was very nice and clean. The guy managing the rental of beach chairs/umbrellas was great and checked on us daily to see if we were good. Our only negatives were outside of our unit…the wait times for the elevators (especially on Saturday’s) was awful. There were 2 elevators and both slow. Parking is very tight. We had 2 cars with 1 on-site parking spot and a free overflow lot across the street however there were never any spots in the free overflow lot so we had to park in the additional overflow lot behind which was $6/day, however he owner of this unit reimbursed us very quickly for this. We did not utilize the pool or hot tub but it looked nice. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this unit!

Amazing view from the perfect balcony. It was our favorite part of the stay. We spent lots of time on the balcony. The property was perfect for our family. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Parking and elevator access were the only hindrances. Lots of communication with Richard before and during our stay. He was great to deal with. Very helpful.

Absolutely gorgeous, spacious condo, whole family enjoyed staying here.

The owners were very nice to work with, always quick to respond if I had any questions. The condo is as it looks in the pictures, absolutely gorgeous. With a large family, it was wonderful that each bedroom has a full bathroom. The parking can be very tricky, but after a few days, you start to navigate the parking spot better. We would definitely stay here again, we all loved it~ the Hulgan family

We have owned "Barefoot at the Ritz 1401" for 5 years and enjoy hosting large families & sets of families. We now also own "Barefoot at the Ritz 1101", the exact same 4/4 in the same building, simply 3 floors below our original unit. Both are exceptional properties.

We love the massive balconies for entertaining and spending family time looking over the ocean. We also love Ocean Ritz because it is not the typical "Mega-property" with tons of people fighting over elevators. In 2023, we completed installation of the 2 fastest high-speed elevators in PCB. We are in the center of PCB, without the congestion of Pier Park.

The largest balconies in PCB, with Sliding door access from both Master Bedrooms and the Living Room. Directly across the street from Daquiri Shack and a short walk to Pineapple Willies and Walmart. You just don't find many 4 large Bedroom condo's each with their own private Baths.
