Located in Chic’s Beach with restaurants, bars and a brewery within walking distance. Beach is directly across a private road with beach access less than 100 yards. Beautifully renovated 2 bedroom/1.5 bath duplex (both sides rentable). Two parking spaces per unit..

PLEASE NOTE: Our nightly rate includes local taxes. Airbnb collects State taxes.

Comes equipped with sheets, towels, kitchen towels, beach chairs and beach towels.

The Space:
This duplex is truly beautiful with top end finishes. New deck on second floor with bay view and breezes. First floor new deck with grill and picnic table perfect for cookouts.

Guest Access:
Access to entire duplex unit.

The Neighborhood:
Chic’s Beach is a quaint and eclectic beach community with a wide, white sand beach on the Chesapeake Bay. Restaurants, bars and Jr Market are within short walking distance.

Other Things to Note:
Laundry is in attached utility room and solely for your use.

Interaction with Guests:
We live four houses down and are available for our guests needs.

Great experience.

We definitely enjoyed our stay at this property! It was peaceful & this pictures are very accurate. Very clean & the owners responded in a timely manner which we loved. The only thing I would have to stay is a con is that they’re not any tvs in the bedrooms other than that I loved it! Would book again.

Management Company Unresponsive

We sent messages to the management company and they were unresponsive. There were broken items in the bathroom when we arrived. We didn't get any response, so we did not bother to tell them about the huge cockaroach found on the bed. We only stayed one night as i got a call that my mother was dying in the hospital, so we left the next day. I left the management company know we had to vacate the place and leave early just to have them keep a watch on the place while we were gone. No response. We will not use this management company again. Owners should rent out the place themselves as they likely care about the place more then the management place does.

Perfect location for us

Wonderful spot located near near family we were visiting. Will be booking again next time we visit the area!

Tesseract Rentals - They don't care

There were many issues: 1. No instructions in the unit for HVAC. It would not cool when we arrived. We called Tesseract and left a message, emailed them, and messaged through VRBO. Only the next day did they check back with us. We were able to get some cooling – we figured it was accessed remotely - but it still was not controlling accurately. 2. Dirty dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived. I immediately ran a “heavy” wash because it smelled moldy and top-shelf dishes were moldy. After the wash, dishes were still moldy. 3. Cleaning was deficient. It appeared the floor had not been mopped in the upstairs bathroom. That was just with a quick look. 4. Kitchen was very low stocked. Very few utensils, etc. 5. Entire unit needs a deep clean. 6. Upstairs bathroom missing a drawer. 7. Downstairs half-bath needs spackling next to fan where gap is exposed. 8. Dirty towel left outside on the ground. 9. Being near the beach, it would be helpful for a spigot to wash off feet outside. There was a shower but nothing lower to the ground just for feet. 10. Grass needed cut as it appeared at 12+ inches high. It could have been a much better experience had they immediately responded. However, it appears they do not care about their rentals or customer satisfaction.

Chiks Beach

Good beach access location. View of water was a plus from deck. I loved the updating of this vintage duplex. Quiet neighborhood and furnished well. Air conditioning worked very well with 100 degree days. Sheets and towels could be a higher quality but were clean. The pillows were thin. Percect for 4 or two couples. Back bedroom waa tiny with little storage. Parking was fine for 2 cars. Good size kitchen and well stocked.
