Located on the 5th and top floor with an elevator, this bright and peaceful studio includes:
- A sleeping area with a convertible sofa (for 2 people)
- A functional shower room
- A fully equipped kitchen (folding faucet to open the window)
You will also have access to: washing machine, refrigerator, remote-controlled Velux window, and bed linen and towels included in the cleaning fee.
The apartment is ideally located:
- 160 m from Grands Boulevards metro station
- Close to bars, cafés, and shops
- Recommended nearby spots: Le Passionné (gourmet restaurant), La Crème de Paris (crêpes and waffles)

The south of the arrondissement, noisy and lively, and the territory of the Grands Boulevards and the Opéra Garnier. Magnificent architecture, courtyards and hidden streets. The north, meanwhile, takes you to Montmartre via the famous Pigalle.
