Check-in was quick, and instructions clear thanks to prompt communication with the owner.The apartment is very well located in Le Marais with pharmacies, grocery and corner stores close by and a M11 route Metro station close by as well. Le Marais has many good restaurants, bars and stores to offer and is lively during the day and night.The apartment has a beautiful view to the inner court of the building from the balcony and to French apartments in the opposite side of the street, specially during sunrise or sunset.I stayed on my own but the bed is big enough to fit 2 people and the room is very cozy. The apartment is equipped with electric heaters in the living room/kitchen area and in the bedroom and they were more than sufficient to heat the space so that cold wasn't a concern (I stayed in November).
