Elegant Country Cottage

Past guests have described this property as a hidden treasure with an excellent location. This gated property is located far enough outside of town to enjoy the secluded, peaceful property with lots of wildlife, but yet a short drive into Waco to enjoy all the city has to offer.

The barndominium is exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with comfortable furniture. The open floor plan allows you to visit with guests while enjoying the large kitchen that's full of amenities.

The awesome patio provides a peaceful place to relax and enjoy nature.

Elegant barndominium

It was amazing! We were in Waco for a wedding and the location of it was perfect and i absolutely fell in love with the barndominum. It was beautiful.

Cozy Retreat

Elegant cottage is a cozy retreat tucked away in nature. Great place to rest and relax! Beautiful decor and finishes. Very clean. Enjoyed watching the wildlife. Offers ability to stay in and relax, enjoy the covered deck outside and/or easily get into town for shopping, food, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

Pics don’t do it justice!

This barndominium is beautiful, well-appointed, and spacious! I went with 3 girlfriends to celebrate one of their 40th birthdays. We had ample space for all of our luggage, toiletries, clothes, etc. Lots of drawers and counter space despite the pedestal sink in the bathroom. The additional vanity area near the shower came in handy, as did the small furniture in the bedroom. My only suggestion would be to add a longer dresser or vanity (furniture type - not with a sink) in the bedroom. Otherwise this place is perfect!! Very, very clean and we loved the high ceilings as well as the giant shower. The property was nice and private, and it was neat seeing so many deer along the roads leading to it. Would definitely stay here again!

The awkward thing about this property is that the only shower in the entire place is in the kitchen/dining room, and separated only by a linen curtain. This means everyone must leave this room when someone is showering as there isn't anyplace to get dressed in the shower itself. Also, when we were there, the toilet (also in that same large room) would gurgle out the refill water onto the seat, lid, and sometimes the floor. The property is nicely appointed, but if you are more than one family unit, it really doesn't work.

Came to the area to do some house shopping.

Very great and beautiful property. The location accuracy on in the email sent for property location needs work. When you click both the address for iphone maps and click the google maps location it pulls up wrong location. Also not having the cheapest toilet paper ever made would be nice also. Other than that everything was perfect! Will definitely come back and highly recommend.

Amazing and So Clean!

This property was everything we hoped it would be, and more! My sister and I stayed here while visiting the Magnolia Silos. We’ve been to Waco before and had stayed closer to the silos. This time we wanted something a little outside of town, where we could relax and unwind after all the shopping! It exceeded our expectations! It was peaceful, incredibly beautiful, and so very clean! We woke up in the morning and saw a whole family of deer outside the window! The owner was easy to get in touch with and quick to answer questions. We will definitely be coming back!!

Restful Getaway

We came to take in all things Magnolia and have a restful holiday, and this was the perfect location for us. It was beautifully finished, with lots of space, lots of amenities, and regular sightings of dear on and around the property. Was the perfect spot for us!

Awesome place!

Family and I stayed here for Baylor open house and it was perfectly located. Quick access to Waco and on such a peaceful lot. So well decorated, organized, and very clean. Will definitely stay again if we end up coming back to the area. Oh, and it's just down the road from Helberg BBQ...amazing!

Girls Trip 2023

It was truly a wonderful experience staying at Barndominium. It is a beautiful, very clean and cozy place just as described on the internet. We absolutely LOVED our stay here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet place to unwind. The neighbors are amazing too. In 2021 we purchased our forever home with 5 acres and a unique Barndominium style guest house. Unsure of what to do with the newly built, but unfinished guest house we decided to finish it out and offer it as a short term rental. The creation of our Barndominium allows us to share the beautiful country views and the unique sounds of wildlife with others. The interior of the Barndominium is finished out with beautiful custom woodwork and elegant furnishings which make staying inside just as enjoyable and relaxing as being outside.
