Our Hewitt Bear Den is a spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath home in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. We are just one minute from the I-35 entrance, and 8 minutes later you’ll be at Baylor and the Silos. This convenient location also makes this the perfect place for business travelers. The home is nicely updated, has everything you need for a family stay, a friends’ getaway, or a home away from home while you are working. The spacious back yard has room for games, barbecuing, or just sitting out looking at the stars. There are many restaurants to choose from that are within 5 minutes as well. We hope you enjoy our Hewitt Bear Den!

We are from the State of Washington, but fell in love with Waco when we visited the area. Now our son attends Baylor University and we are huge fans of Baylor and Fixer Upper! We enjoy relaxing on the back patio in the evenings, finding a nice walk in the morning (which could be on a golf course!), cooking a nice meal in the evening, and enjoying social time with friends at a winery or around a firepit. We love hosting visitors to both our vacation rental homes in Waco and on Maui, as we just want to share the wonderful places that we have chosen to call our homes!

We put our own sweat and tears into this home, doing the kitchen and bathroom renovations ourselves, and we are proud of what we present to our visitors! Staying in our home represents taking in our vision for what a home should be, plus putting you in close proximity to every possible need you may have.
