Between the Atlantic, vineyards and pine forests – there’s so much to discover around Brach.

Our little village lies peacefully in the green heart of the Médoc, just 25 km northwest of Bordeaux. In only 15 minutes, you can reach the Atlantic or the freshwater lake Lac d’Hourtin – perfect for a day by the water with kids and dogs. If you're in the mood to explore, visit the Dune du Pilat, Cap Ferret or Bordeaux. Right behind the house, the Médoc wine route begins – with famous Châteaux like Rothschild.

Whether you're feeling active or just want to relax – Brach offers both: peace and variety.

The Accommodation – Your retreat between pine trees, garden and enjoyment
Our lovingly furnished apartment is quietly located at the edge of the pine forest, surrounded by a large, green garden – with plenty of space to breathe. On the generous terrace, you can end the day in peace – maybe with a glass of rosé after a barbecue. On warm days, the pool offers welcome refreshment. If you love water, the nearby freshwater lakes are ideal for swimming, paddling or simply doing nothing.

Inside, you’ll find a bright living and dining area with fully equipped kitchen, fireplace and TV – cosy in every season. A separate bedroom and modern bathroom with shower offer comfort for restful days.

Bordeaux is just a day trip away – with charming streets, cafés, French flair and boutique shopping. And right at your doorstep begins the famous Médoc wine road, with historic châteaux inviting you to taste, explore and enjoy.

A place to reconnect with nature, find peace – and enjoy life to the fullest.

Guest access
Our apartment is a private, self-contained space with its own entrance and parking spot right by the house. The large, fenced property offers families with children or dogs plenty of freedom and safety to play, run and relax in the middle of nature.

Other things to note – A holiday in the heart of nature
Quiet, family-friendly and all yours: our apartment is set on a large, private forest property, with a spacious terrace and room to breathe. Children can play freely, and the fenced garden is safe and perfect for dogs. Animal lovers will be delighted by our friendly donkeys, chickens, dog Bella and cat Lucy.

Inside you’ll find a cosy living area with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a separate bedroom – ideal for families. Of course, there’s Wi-Fi and a private parking space at the door. Enjoy a barbecue on the terrace or simply relax in the calm shade of the pine trees.

A peaceful hideaway – for small getaways or longer holidays with kids and dogs.

Quiet and Relaxing Countryside Apartment

Hosts were very kind and welcoming and even had water and wine in the fridge for us when we arrived. The apartment is cute and comfortable for a family of 4. It is not a true 2 bedroom (there is 1 bedroom) but there is sleeping for 4 people. Our kids slept on the couches in the apartment's main room and they were happy to do so. The bathroom is newly renovated and is great.

Le paradis

Ein sehr schöner Ort zum Entspannen und Herunterkommen. Die Ferienwohnung bietet einen herrlichen Blick in den Wald, wo man am frühen Morgen die Vögel beobachten kann, die fröhlich zwitschern. Die ruhige Atmosphäre und die sanften Geräusche der Natur laden dazu ein, den Alltag hinter sich zu lassen. Besonders charmant sind die Schafe in der Umgebung, die sich gemächlich auf den Wiesen bewegen und ebenfalls eine wunderbare Ablenkung bieten. Hier kann man die Seele baumeln lassen und die Schönheit der Natur in vollen Zügen genießen.

Immer wieder gut

Wir waren schon letztes Jahr bei Jutta und Manu. Es ist einfsch schön und unendlich herzlich. Brach ist ganz schnell wie ein kleines zweiter zu Hause geworden. Bis nächstes Jahr.

Auch beim zweiten Urlaub - alles perfekt

Wir waren nun zum zweiten Mal bei Jutta und Manu in Brach. Wie beim ersten Mal war alles perfekt. Wir haben im Tiny House gewohnt, dass modern ausgestattet ist und in dem es an nichts fehlt. Jutta und Manu sind wunderbare Gastgeber. Der Abend bei euch auf der Terrasse war spitze und wird uns noch lange in Erinnerung bleiben! Wir kommen wieder -keine Frage😃

Ein kleines Paradies

Manu und Jutta sind die liebsten und freundlichsten Gastgeber, die man sich vorstellen kann. Wir hatten das Gefühl wir wären zu Freunden gefahren. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr ansprechend und mit allem ausgestattet, was das Herz begehrt. Die Bilder werden ihm nicht gerecht. Brach liegt abseits vom Trubel, wir haben das sehr genossen, es war Abends immer ruhig und die umliegenden Wälder sorgten für ein angenehmes Klima, auch an heißen Tagen. Wir können jedem raten bei Jutta und Manu als Gast einzukehren! Wir werden es sicherlich nochmal tun.

Sehr herzlicher Empfang und angenehmer Aufenthalt. Tolle, ruhige Lage hat uns eine Basis gegeben um in der Umgebung Ausflüge zu erleben. Der nahegelegene See lässt keine Wassersportwünsche offen und hat einen tollen Strand. Sehr gerne wieder!!

Des hôtes exceptionnels dans un lieux charmant en pleine nature

Contact téléphonique la veille de notre arrivée par notre hôte. Puis à notre arrivée accueillis par Manu et Jutta. Qui savent mettre à l'aise tout de suite. Nous offre de quoi nous désaltérer sur leur belle terrasse fleurie. Visite d'une partie de la propriété et du logement. Logement propre avec linge de maison. Idéal pour les chiens car tout est clôturé et de belles balade au cœur de la forêt au pied de la propriété. Vous aurez peut être le bonheur de croiser des biches ce qui fut pour notre plus grand bonheur le cas a 2 reprises (biche+faons) Il y aurait tant d'autre choses positives à dire sur notre séjour mais nous préférons garder une part de mystère et ne pas tout vous dévoiler Merci du fond du cœur a cette famille (Manu Jutta Claudia, Zven & leurs enfants) pour leur générosité. Ce qui nous a grandement participé au bon déroulé de ce séjour.

Toller Urlaub bei tollen Gastgebern

Wir haben zwei wunderbare Wochen bei Jutta und Manu in Brach verbracht. Das Ferienhaus ist genau wie beschrieben, sehr komfortabel und lässt auch in Bezug auf die Ausstattung keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage ist großartig. Man wohnt mitten im Wald - abgeschieden vom Tourismus -Rummel - und ist dennoch in 20 Minuten mit dem PKW am Atlantik. Auch Bordeaux ist von Brach aus schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Jutta und Manu sind hervorragende Gastgeber. Kinder und Hunde sind sehr willkommen und können sich auf dem weitläufigen Gelände austoben. Danke auch noch einmal für die schönen Abende auf eurer Terrasse, @Jutta und Manu. Es war sehr nett und entspannend. Unter dem Strich hat es uns sehr gut gefallen und wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

Agréable séjour chez Jutta et Manu

Nous avons passé un bon séjour chez Jutta et Manu. Ce sont des hôtes très agréables et chaleureux, qui vous font tout de suite sentir en vacances. Le parc est superbe et très agréablement ombragé. Le gros point négatif pour nous sera la literie : le canapé-lit ne nous a pas du tout été confortable malheureusement. A noter que la location ne comporte qu'une chambre, et non deux comme indiqué dans l'annonce. Les équipements sont convenables, sans plus (bouilloire, petit four électrique... seraient très appréciables). Merci encore Jutta et Manu pour votre accueil. Sincères salutations.

A découvrir.

Lieu agréable qui permet de profiter de la nature, bien situé pour découvrir le Médoc entre Gironde et Océan. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par les propriétaires. La mitoyenneté pourrait être un inconvénient si voisins bruyants ou pas sur le même rythme. Cela n'a pas été le cas, des voisins étrangers discrets et calmes. Le gite mériterait quelques améliorations (rideau occultant dans la salle principale sur fenêtre pavé de verre, une forte odeur de moisi sous l'évier qui engendre une impression d'humidité dans le logement, la barre d'alimentation de la douche qui se décroche, compléter les ustensiles de cuisine, accès au WIFI ne fonctionne pas dans le gîte,...) Nous gardons toutefois un bon souvenir de ce lieu de vacances.

Nous avons eu un très très bon accueil qui vous fait vous sentir en vacances directement. La maison est très bien située pour découvrir la région sur un grand terrain dans la pinède. La maison est très agréable et fraîche quand les températures extérieures sont chaudes. Idéal pour les familles pour se reposer, se ressourcer. Nous recommandons chaudement.merci encore a Manu et Jutta pour leurs accueil
