House of 45 m2 with living room, 2 bedrooms (1 with bed of 140, 1 with 2 beds of 90), kitchenette, shower room, separate toilet. Extra desk in the master bedroom for teleworking.
Are provided: 60x60 pillows, duvets, baby equipment (on request), shower mat, garden furniture. Not provided: sheets, towels, dish towels.

Keys given by the host (welcome in French or English) with a small welcome gift. Documentation on the region available.
Before your arrival, cleaning is done with care.

You benefit from a terrace and a garden with garden furniture (at the top of the grounds) and a barbecue. Possibility to park in the garden.
The host sometimes stays on the first floor of the house and occupies the garden downstairs (your accommodation and garden are perfectly independent of that of the hosts).

You can enjoy swimming in the lake and the ocean, walks on the many cycle paths, various water sports, beautiful walks in the forest, summer activities offered by the seaside resort of Maubuisson... Sports lovers can practice many UCPA activities in the centre of Bombannes, 5 km away.
