WEC 6 Miles Trees Quiet Residential Neighborhood Fenced Yard Covered Porch

This house is located in a nice neighborhood with a tree filled lot next door. It is only 5 miles from the WEC and 10 miles from HITS. You are in the heart of horse country but just minutes from downtown. The house has a nice open air design with living room and dining room. The kitchen is a galley kitchen right off the dining room. You can access the backyard and garage from the kitchen. The master bedroom is off to it self with a walk-in closet and private bath.
All my listings are pet friendly and regretfully they have hair. I work VERY hard to make sure there is no hair left from the previous pet but it is almost impossible to have no hair. I no longer allow pets on the beds but hair gets everywhere.

I'm a competitive show-jumper who relocated from Pennsylvania about 14 years ago. Here in Ocala, I train and board horses and enjoy the rich horse culture of north-central Florida. I also enjoy the weather. I do not miss those Pennsylvania winters.

I created my short term rentals for people like me — people who love horses or even just the great weather and a relaxed lifestyle.

This is a really cute house in a very nice neighborhood. It is located close to the new World Equestrian Center with all the activities, shops and eateries. Only minutes from downtown Ocala and 75.

Ocala is known for its horse farms and a whole lot more.

When you stay at my house, you're a short drive from great hiking and bicycling trails. And not all tweeting happens online -- we have great birdwatching here in Ocala. Lower your binoculars a little and you might see otters and turtles or foxes and deer.

In nearby Silver Springs State Park, you can float downriver on a tube and take in the magnificent surroundings or look under the water on a leisurely ride in a glass-bottom boat. Visitors looking for a little workout can try the kayaking or canoeing.

If you get your thrills in the air, our local zip lines are just a couple miles away. Or if you prefer the water, go snorkling with the manatees off the coast just west of Ocala.

And of course the internationally renowned World Equestrian Center is here, just a 10-minute drive down the road.

Whether you're visiting Ocala to relax or to seek new adventures, my house is the perfect place to start and end each day.
