This home is in a quiet neighborhood with a long driveway. It is a beautiful spacious new home w/ 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom. It is just 7 minutes from the World Equestrian Center and 7 minutes from highway 75. The Master bedroom has its own bathroom. The garage is converted into a fun game room. Free WiFi & Keypad for easy check-in.

HOUSE RULES:

• Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.
•There shall NOT be SMOKING or unauthorized PETS. An Extra cleaning fee of $300 will be charged.
•Wash your dishes after use.
•Do not rearrange our furniture.
•NOT special events are allowed. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning; guests will be responsible for an extra cleaning charge of $250 and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
•NOT DRUGS are allowed. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

Lastly, because this is a VRBO community not a hotel, and is also my home please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave.

Perfect Location Near WEC

Extremely clean and nice home very close to WEC. The location was perfect. The home was all new and extremely clean. We would stay again.

UF family weekend

We stayed near UF for the family event and thankfully the house was within 30 minutes from the campus. Had a blast!!!

Clean and convenient

The home is clean and quiet. It is about 20 minutes from FAST and 10 minutes from WEC and Publix. The owner quickly responds to messages. I would stay here again.
