"Ocean Place Oasis" is a contemporary townhouse that comes with all the amenities you need to stay entertained and comfortable during your vacation. Ocean Place Oasis is a beautiful vacation beach townhouse; this two-bedroom, two-bath end unit townhouse has been updated throughout, and can sleep up to 6 comfortably.

The atmosphere within Ocean Place Oasis is inviting, well maintained, and has a wonderful beachy vibe, with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable, efficient, relaxing, and fun!

The townhouse was just updated with fresh paint throughout, new ceiling fans, luxury vinyl floors and all new furniture. The property was in a great location. A short walk to the beach. The pool was clean and we enjoyed it in the early part of the day. The people we met were friendly. It was a good stay.

We always do everything possible to make sure our guests have a positive experience. We do want to provide some additional context regarding the three-star rating. We accommodated an early check-in for your stay, remained responsive and available, and were not made aware of any significant issues that prevented you from enjoying the property during your visit. One item discussed was the stackable washer/dryer, which has since been replaced. As with any property, occasional maintenance items can arise, and when something is brought to our attention, we make it a priority to address it promptly. We take guest feedback seriously, which is reflected in the many five-star reviews we have received from previous guests. We simply wish the three-star rating better reflected your own comments that the host was great to work with and flexible, as well as our efforts to accommodate your stay. We appreciate you staying with us and will continue working hard to provide the five-star experience our guests have come to expect.

This home was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks again for being very responsive when we had questions. The home was listed as having a private pool but after sending a message to the host she explained that it was private for the small community. My family and I were expecting to have the pool all to ourselves so this was a little disappointing but we were still able to enjoy ourselves with other outside activities.

Loved the proximity to the beach. The pool was wonderful. The size of the house was good for 4 adults. The washer and dryer were essential. Some areas of maintenance and cleaning need attention. Overall good time for our 2 week vacation.

Wonderful

It was a wonderful vacation the best one we have had in years it was very clean inside the home and the few problems were addressed and fixed very fast the property management deserve a 10/10 the gentleman that came out was very nice and got things fixed fast we are very appreciative of how great they were. It's a beautiful and quite walk to the beach or to the shops we had a wonderful time and would definitely book with them again

Average quality

Didn’t receive check in instructions until I asked for them. Lights flickered all night every night. Door knobs in the bathrooms would not lock. Old baby bottle and water bottle (no kids were in my group) was found in one of the rooms along with a giant ball of hair not from us. Dirty dishes in the cabinets and drawer under the stove. Property was not cleaned in between guests, facilities were not maintained. Could not find a hair dryer in the upstairs bathroom even though it was advertised to have one. A two night stay totaling 832, we expected better. Attached is a picture of an absolutely filthy pan we found.

First of all, check instructions come from VRBO. Check your email. Every other guests has received them. Never an issue. Second of all, the place was absolutely cleaned. We have time stamped pictures. It was immaculate. Thirdly, if the hair dryer was missing someone must have taken it. You never asked about it or said anything about anything until this review. Be considerate of others and messaged the host. If there were issues we could have had them resolved. Have a great day!

We have been staying on North Myrtle Beach for 4 years now, this was the easiest host to work with. She was so responsive and the property was lovely and 5 minutes to the beach on foot!!
