Welcome to "Dreams Happen," a recently Renovated 9-bedroom retreat in ChampionsGate, packed with unforgettable features! Enjoy a Cosmos-themed private movie theater, a Marvel slide bed bunk room, magical Harry Potter & Mickey Mouse-themed rooms, and a private pool with a spillover spa & poolside Tiki bar. This home is perfect for families and groups, offering unique spaces for every guest. With access to resort amenities like a waterpark, lazy river, and more, your dream vacation starts here

Step inside to experience the grandeur of the open floor plan on the main level. The chef's kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a welcoming coffee bar. A contemporary living room with plush seating surrounds a large 70-inch TV, ideal for family movie nights. The adjacent elegant dining area completes this inviting space.

Outside, the covered lanai overlooks a screened-in pool with a spill-over spa, lounge area, outdoor dining space, Ping Pong table and poolside Tiki bar. The air-conditioned garage-turned-theater room features 10 movie chairs, a 120-inch screen, and a Wii console.

The lower level hosts two King bedrooms, including a tropical-themed Master Suite with a lavish ensuite bath. The second King bedroom offers a tranquil retreat with a modern theme and a nearby full bath.

This house was absolutely perfect for our large group! The communication with the host was excellent and he was very responsive. The movie room was so cool as well as all the decor in the house. Our team had an absolutely wonderful stay! We were a group of 24, and this home was the perfect place for our athletes to rest and prepare for their competition. The house was clean, spacious, and exactly as described.The kids loved the themed rooms and the pool, although we were so focused on the competition that we didn't even get a chance to use the cinema room! Most importantly, we have great news to share—our team won 2 World Championship titles during this stay! Alex was a fantastic host, very communicative, and even sent us a lovely congratulatory message. We highly recommend this home to anyone, especially large groups or sports teams. We were so happy with this home. It was beyond our expectations. The 9 bedrooms were huge with very comfortable beds. The pool and spa was amazing. The pool, spa, grill and tiki bar right out the sliding glass doors. We enjoyed this home so much we only went to the resort once. We are making this home our yearly large family vacation destination. Would like to thank Carl he is great.

Best Stay Ever!!

This was the perfect property for the purpose of our stay! My organization brought a group of very deserving youth to attend the Pop Warner Super Bowl as spectators. The different themes in each room, heated pool, movie room and overall accomodations were nothing short of amazing. The kids will never forget this experience! We greatly appreciate the host for the warm hospitality and excellent communication!

Family Vacay

The stay was great. The house was clean and had plenty of stuff to do for the kids and teenagers, between ping pong, pool table, swimming pool, and resort water parks. Only downside is the theatre room AC was not working, so it unusable during our stay because it was so hot (early July.)

Amazing family fun!!

Something for eveyone. Movie room was awesome. Home is impeccable and everything was perfect. Loved the use of both water parks and it is close to Disney! Tons of room.

Friends and family vacation

We had a wonderful vacation at this house! The rooms were great, all the kids especially loved the slide and the lightning effects in the super hero room! The pool was the perfect size for what we needed, we added the pool heat which I HIGHLY recommend because the hot tub after a long day of walking parks was amazing! The location of this house was perfect because you have lots of privacy at the pool being a corner lot with trees. Also, a quick walk to the clubhouse! The host was extremely accommodating from the moment we booked. Every question and concern I had was answered right away. We had to get the pool cleaned half way through our stay and they had someone sent within the hour to have it cleaned. This house is perfect for families to come together to have an unforgettable vacation, I know we did!

Very pleased!!

This by far was our most favorite stay!! Especially the kids!! They loved the slide!! Even though we made arrangements prior to our trip to go to Disney and other places, we didn’t have to because the house was good enough and the amenities we were offered through the property was more than enough!! We definitely brought some of our own kitchen things but the house was well stocked! My family and I were all comfortable & didn’t want to leave 😢. We will gladly stay again!!!

Great!!

We stayed at the house for just 2 nights but it was lovely. We had a mini family reunion with grandparents kids and grandkids. The house was awesome and the kids loved the slide and the cinema room. Pro tip, put a pillow or some blankets at the end of the slide. According to the kids it is fast and they liked the soft landing. Why did we even pay for park tickets when the slide was the highlight?!

Great Place to stay

The house was well maintained and clean upon arrival. There was plenty of space for our family of 14 that traveled over the weekend. There is plenty of space to gather and enjoy each other in the living room, movie room and pool. There are also plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate everyone. The host was very responsive and responded almost immediately to our communication. There is everything you need close by like grocery store, liquor store, restaurants and gas stations. The Disney parks are about 20 to 30 minutes depending on traffic. Will definitely stay here again.
