Total tranquility in the heart of the Mâconnais countryside, both viticultural and natural, close to all amenities and major traffic routes, nestled in the hollow of a plateau of vineyards perched on the side of a well-exposed southern hillside, under the ridges wooded areas of a vast wild forest massif sheltering several protected natural areas & classified as ZNIEFF for their remarkable fauna & flora ecosystems (including the rare & atypical "Lande de Nancelle" accessible 3.5 km). Magnificent rural setting of hills & gentle rolling mountains, combining vineyard hillsides, bocage meadows & beautiful forests. Splendid landscaped surroundings, 100% relaxing.
