The Space:
Located in the serene North end of Sunriver, Kinglet 24 is a beautiful, newly built, spacious 5-bedroom 3.5 bath home offering luxury and style and sleeping up to 12. This home has an airy and modern design, complete with amenities that promise to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The main level of the home offers a grand open great room that has a cozy sectional centered around the beautiful fireplace, perfect for recapping the day’s adventures. There are two master suites with full ensuites that include large spacious showers and comfortable king-sized beds, providing ample space for privacy and comfort. The dining room table and large kitchen island provides space for your group to gather and plan adventures or share meals.

The covered deck features a patio table, outdoor seating, and a private hot tub. This is the perfect home to relax and unwind. The garage has a pool table and additional entertainment space as well as bikes for guests to use. The upstairs has another 3 bedrooms, 2 complete with pyramid bunks, and one with a queen bed. For guests who need to work remotely, there is a desk for your convenience.

Great house for a group. Garage was a great escape for the teenagers. Cooking utensils need a little help but how many people cook on vacation? Floor boards in master bedrooms creek and pop in the warming hours of the morning

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was nice and modern. Lots of room and space for our big group. Had the all essentials and Sharc passes. Lots of equipment for outdoor activities were available in the garage and a pool table. The only complaint is that the wifi didn't work for most of our stay. We called the Internet provider and home owners association and it couldn't be resolved. Also, the hot tub area is a hot spot for mosquitoes, so it wasn't useable for us. Be prepared to bring some type of repellent if you want to use it.

Hot tub was a hit, well maintained with powerful jets. We hiked from house to Bentham Falls. Our son and daughter-in-law flew in nonstop from Phoenix. Fantastic air access. Great wxperience.

This house lived up to our expectations. It was spotless and totally ready for us when we arrived. Everything seemed to be in good condition except the refrigerator. It had a minor issue with the ice maker door inside the freezer not staying latched. It had been taped closed but the tape had worn out.Overall though, the area was very quiet and we enjoyed seeing deer in the backyard every day. We'd be very happy to stay there again!

This house matched the description well. Some of the details were not done well - dishwasher not attached to the countertop, towel racks and tp holders not well installed, etc. Mostly clean except under the couch was not. All in all a very nice stay

The property was very adequate for our group of 12. Clean and modern as described with two king bed sized suites downstairs, a smaller bedroom and 2 rooms with bunk beds sharing one bathroom upstairs. The kitchen was not so well- equipped for all the meal preparation that we did. A couple of things that would have been useful are a citrus juicer (tacos, drinks!) and a meat thermometer. We did not have a mop for the kitchen. Also missing was a dog crate which was mentioned in the booklet there and I thought that board games would be available.

Like new with a few quirks

House was great. Feels very new and nice with amenities like bikes, hot tub, cable, etc. A couple quirks/feedback makes this a four star and not five star. It's very echoey, so if you need silence in some of the downstairs bedrooms, don't count on that if people are in the living room/kitchen area chatting. Many of the doors need some WD-40 or something, as they squeak really loud, and lastly, there was still trash in a few of the bathrooms from prior visits and under the couch/in the cushions of the living room was still really dirty. Our toddlers were eating old food from under the couch... We'd go back with all that being said.

Great Property

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The layout was perfect for our group - two en suite primary bedrooms on the first floor and three bedrooms (1 queen + two bunk rooms) and full bathroom on the second floor. It was a great layout for our group (grandparents plus two families). The great room + kitchen gave us a lot of space to eat, lounge, play games, etc. We especially enjoyed the outdoor covered deck - lots of shade but still outdoors. The property manager was very responsive to all of our questions. We would stay here again!
