We had a wonderful last minute stay at this home. It worked great for our three families with kids sharing bunkrooms. Having a garage with pool table and hang put space was perfect to let us spread out. There’s multiple outdoor tables to enjoy the deck and deer watching and a nice big inside table for meals and board games. Kitchen was well equipped but keep in mind you’ll need plastic wrap, foil, etc to save leftovers. Plenty of pantry space for your food and two refrigerators. The cool evenings and provided fans made not having A/C doable on a weekend with highs in the upper 70s.

We were hoping to see some coffee and spices in the kitchen. Otherwise, everything we needed was there. Really enjoyed the SHARC passes. The young folks went to waterpark while we played pickleball. Rafting trip was fun!

The couches in the living room are constantly shedding feathers everywhere, really needs replacing. Only one towel per person, no extras. Dryer took 3 hours to dry one load of towels. Kitchen well stocked with dishes but only salt and pepper in pantry. Everything else was good.

It is most comfortable accommodation for my family of 10. The living room, dining room kitchen and bedrooms were aptly appointed to give good flow of movement from room to room specially with children. The play area with pool table was appreciated bonus. Two refrigerators gave ample food storage during the warm week of summer we enjoyed this house. We regretted we only used the hot tub twice, it was awesome at night to see the stars. There were so many things to do in the area,Fort Rock Park, Smith Rock, golf and Crater Lake 2 hours away…. we were ready to shower and go to bed when we got home…we could have hot tubbed more! Bikes were a plus as well. Washer and dryer was life saver too! And the SHARC passes…myvgrandkids say, that’s their favorite part. Even without A/C, the house cooled off for comfortable sleep because of fans provided. We would love to come back again.

Great Sunriver home

We enjoyed our stay at Tan Oak 32. Great location, great floor plan. Kitchen has a lot of prep space, and plenty of cookware and dishes. Extra refrigerator in the garage was super helpful. Loved watching the deer. The pool table was fun too.

Great place to stay in Sunriver

My family had a great time in this large home with 5 bedrooms located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Location is within walking distance to Fort Rock Park and we liked that it was away from the busyness of the village and SHARC. Extremely quiet sitting on the back deck in the evenings!

Worked great for us!

A short stay at this home to celebrate Christmas. The size was just right for our family. We enjoyed activities set out in the garage. The kitchen was well stocked with eating utensils, bowls, dishes, glasses and cooking utensils. We had good communication about our upcoming stay. The home was clean warm and dry:)

Great house for large family

We liked being in a cul de sac close to Rock Park. The property had plenty of parking for our three families and the garage was a great play space for the grandkids. The house had a nice layout mostly on ground floor. Very well equipped with kitchen with plenty of dishes, utensils, etc.

Spacious Home

We had 10 occupants in our group. There was more than enough space for all of us. There was a nice outdoor area that we were able to play cards at. Overall a great experience!

Loved the deer and birds that surround this house

It was a good house for my large family with their children. The major drawback is it didn't have A/C. It got pretty hot between 4:00 to 7:00 but then it cooled down and stayed cool until 4:00 the next day. The bedrooms were good size and there seems to be a pet deer that my grandchildren loved to feed apples to. Also the blue jays loved the peanuts and we went though a super large bag in 2 days. the bikes were in pretty good shape also.

Perfect for a large group!

This house was perfect for our large family. Master bath was huge and perfect for our daughter bride and the bridesmaids to get ready in. Great for photography too. The pool table and foosball table kept everyone entertained. There was plenty of space to spread out if you needed some quiet time. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a budget friendly place for a large group.

Fabulous for Families

We had a great time staying in this lovely home. The 5 bedrooms made it ideal for our 3 family vacation. The accommodations were wonderful, master suite was amazing, great kitchen, outdoor grill and the deck furniture was ample for dinners outside. We liked the location and enjoyed walks each evening. This is a beautiful part of Sunriver. We already want to go back!

Great house!

This is our second year, and the house is perfect for a group. It’s a nice home, the beds are ample, the kitchen is central, and the pool table in the garage is fun for all ages.

Great place

Our rental was super clean and perfect for our family. The boys enjoyed the pool and foosball tables. The outdoor seating and grill worked perfectly. I highly recommend this place if you want a central location with access to all Sun River has to offer— we will be back

Fun in the snow

We rented the property for my husband and I, are two sons and their families. It was the perfect property for us, close to town and the snow hill/swimming pool. We enjoyed the weather, the snow, not so much the ice though. Lol. we thoroughly enjoy the house, it fit our party of 11 just perfectly

The furnishings at the property are very well worn. There isn’t a very good number of bath towels for the number of people listed to stay. The kitchen/cooking utensils were slim. Overall the cleanliness specifically in the bathrooms wasn’t great.

Perfect for our family

This home was great for our 5 night stay with our children and their children ages 5,7, 8. The assortment of bikes was a big draw but in the end, we did not use them because it was very icy during our stay. The kitchen was well-equipped with cooking utensils , plates, bowls, cups, silverware and serving dishes. We had a few small problems but maintenance was always there within 15 minutes with a smile and resolving the issue. Our only challenge was that the driveway was not plowed, snow had turned to ice and we had to be careful of ice getting in and out of cars. We did not think to ask Maintenance about this.

Family meet-up

Great house for grandparents, adult kids and grandkids to meet-up. The main floor was spacious and there were enough beds for everyone to be comfortable. The hot tub and deck were a big hit.

Property dated to include exposed nails, carpet tacks and worn metal love couch.

Overall we had a comfortable stay but continually ran into situations that were of concern and needed attention. We had dialog with owner and would hope they give it immediate attention for the next party that occupies it.

Summer Family Vacation in Sunriver

We had a great time in Sunriver. This home was large enough to accommodate our three families. Appreciated the SHARC passes, we were able to have access to tennis courts and the aquatic center. The bikes in the property were a huge plus, we rode around the community and made it to the Nature Center. My only issue was that the owners changed cleaning crews in March and passed the extra fee to us ($50). We booked in December. Overall, great stay in Sunriver, we hope to be back soon!

My three siblings and I have owned our beautiful Sunriver home since the death of our mom in early 2008. Our family has been coming to Sunriver for many years, and she felt it was the perfect place for us to continue to gather as a family and enjoy each other and the beauty of Central Oregon. We have loved our time here and we love sharing this gift with our guests.

Our home is large enough to accomodate our growing family and we love that most of the home is on one floor (something our mom insisted upon -- she did not want a lot of stairs). We generally access our home from the Cottonwood exit, and we like coming in that 'back door.' We love our proximity to Fort Rock Park (we are big tennis players), the Village, golf courses (we golf, too), the SHARC, north market, the church and bike path. We have open space behind our home where we can watch the deer and squirrels wander about. While there is always plenty to do inside Sunriver, we have enjoyed outings/hikes to Lava Lands, the lava tube, High Desert Museum, beautiful Bend and all it has to offer, Paulina Peak...and did you know Oregon's most incredible attraction, Crater Lake, is only an hour and a half away?! We just cannot say enough about our place. We absolutely love it!!
