This property is available for 30+ days rental!!!

The apartment is on the ground floor with easy access to the street that goes into the Town Square with its array of fine dining and shopping. Also, very close to parks, groceries, and banks. Very convenient to drive to Highway 12, Highway 116 and Arnold Drive. for wine tasting tours.

Glenn Ellen and Kenwood are nearby towns, about 5-10 minutes' drive. BTW, if you love French pastries and boulangerie, Les Pascal, located in Glenn Ellen, is a recommended place to go for pastries, coffee, and sandwiches in the morning and afternoon.

The apartment is part of a condominium complex. There are neighbors on two sides and above the unit. You may hear the sounds of neighbors going about their daily life. The neighbors are not loud or disruptive, but you can hear children playing and maybe dogs barking during the day. Also, garbage collection is once a week, early in the morning.

Great location, would stay again

Excellent location just about 1/2 mile walk to the square. Check in went smoothly, house is fully appointed. We’d stay there again for sure.

Great location

We loved our location with convenience to the square. The condo is clean, the beds were very comfy, and our host were very helpful with information all along the way.

Excellent location lovely hosts

We loved the excellent recommendations from our knowledgeable hosts. Place was well appointed and perfect location for exploring wine country. Nice patio for coffee in the morning.

Great place to stay

If you are visiting the Napa and Sonoma areas this the most perfect place to stay! The unit is spacious with everything you need and the beds are very comfortable. The hosts have great communication and have some excellent dining recommendations. The location is perfect for walking around the area. Highly recommend staying here.

Weekend in wine country

Stayed in Sonoma for the weekend due to a wine club pick up party with a couple friends. The place was great, good location for walking to the plaza and around Sonoma. Definitely would stay here again.

However, we would like to share this property to guests who enjoys fine dining and wine tasting in the Sonoma Valley and Napa Valley and would like to get away for 2-3 days away from the city or visiting from other places. We do hope you will enjoy the convenience where the property is located.

Because we live here, we ask our guests to take care of our property and respect our neighbors around us and in the development.
