Midtown 1940's Bungalow -Wildcat, near UofA & Downtown, Fully fenced in Yard

Our wildcat house has one bedroom with a queen bed, dresser and closet for storage, Large Living Room area, Dining Area, and full Kitchen, and Shared Laundry Area. The place is a 1940's home that has been updated and offers clean furnishings and quaint atmosphere.

The Bedroom has a memory foam queen mattress. The living area has a leather sofa for one extra guest. There are extra blankets in the closet. There is a new smart TV in the Living Room and The Bedroom.

The front yard area has some Adirondack style chairs and is fenced in private with wall around yard & 2 gates. Perfect for your furbaby. There is a nice view of the mountains from here.

In the back yard courtyard/grilling area that is shared with the guesthouse in the back, as well as, the laundry room. Please be considerate of other guests by picking up garbage, and not leaving pets unattended.

Friendly pets are welcome, cats must be pre-approved (no sprayers or scratchers please). No Pet fee but we appreciate responsible pet owners will pick up after pet and protect our furnishings.

Smoke Free home. No Parties allowed.

Coffee is provided for a few days stay. Washer and Dryer available in the utility room near the carport is shared with the front house and hours are 8 am to 8 pm.


Please note there are outdoor cameras on the property for everyone's protection. Tampering with them is not allowed and will result in terminating agreement. Key box with code for flex check in (provided 2 days before check in).
