We didn’t receive any notice of an issue while you were in-house, and we’re always happy to jump in quickly to get things sorted so you can enjoy every part of your stay. That said, with a front-row seat overlooking The Wharf—yachts passing by, the occasional dolphin sighting, live music, great restaurants, and one of the most popular pools in the area—we hope the entertainment just outside your door made up for any screen-time setbacks. It’s a pretty special spot. We’d love to welcome you back for another stay—and we’ll make sure Netflix is ready to go, just in case you decide to stay in for the evening.

Great place

We enjoyed it. No matter what time we time we could get ahold of someone. The location was great. Loved watching the boats and having shopping and food right there.

Great Weekend

We were here for a cheerleading competition. This property was very clean. Fun weekend for our family. Only issue we had was the check-in process. We arrived late evening and everything was closed. We didn't know where to park or how to access the building. So FYI you park on top floor of garage across street from building and need codes to access garage and building which were not provided with our arrival information.

The Wharf can be a bit tricky with the various parking garages and entrances. We provide all the amenity code information and parking instructions in your personalized guest book for quick reference. Since these are individual for each property, we detail them out for each guest. We hope that helps!

Spring Break Baseball Tournament

Location was great for our baseball tournament and the multiple game locations. This condo was just what we needed and where we needed to be. We arrived for checkin well after 7:00pm and weren’t sure about parking and which deck was closest to our condo. We had no code for parking or to get into the elevator to access our floor. The person working after hours was helpful and got us taken care of quickly.

Filthy

The first thing I did when I entered the condo was kill a roach. The kitchen utensils, pots and pans, and stove were filthy. The stove was covered in grease and crumbs. The utensils had food all over them. The floors were not vacuumed, there was food on the floor all by the bar stools. The back door was broken. I had to keep putting it back on the track. When the washing machine was running, the whole condo smelled like mildew. The whole place needs to be painted. The wall colors are outdated and the walls are dirty. The bed in the master bedroom was hard as a rock. It honestly felt like I was sleeping on the floor. This was the worst condo I have ever stayed in. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Great Location

The condo was clean and well maintained. Our main issue was with checking in over the weekend. There was only 1 key in the lockbox (keypad on door will allow all in condo to come and go freely) and no keyfob for the pool or workout room. Apparently, the guests prior had accidentally taken it with them. Not a problem except no one was able to help resolve this issue until Monday afternoon at 1pm after repeated calls and emails over the weekend and again on Monday. Don't expect any help if it is on the weekend or after hours. There is no concierge or after hours host to help you. Property managers are only available 9-5, M-F. When Kim finally connected with us Monday afternoon, she was able to move things along. Also, closets had no hangers, we just bought some inexpensive ones at Walmart and left them. Apparently they are not provided...odd. Otherwise a nice clean condo.

Misrepresented. Ragged carpeting. - literally! Scuffed walls. Sloppy beads. Draperies unhooked in places and drooping. Unacceptable service interruptions! Being awakened by loud banging on doors by maintenance more than once! Disappointed and disgusted.

Great property.

The visit was great. We enjoyed all the entertainment that was available onsite. The only complaint we have is that the master bathroom had a door that would not close properly. Otherwise, awesome experience.

Relaxing Vacation

We enjoyed our time at this condo so much! There were a few things that were not represented well. #1 There's a hole in the ceiling over the bar. #2. The satellite in the main tv hardly ever works. #3. The fridge has a water and ice dispenser that barely work at all. That all being said, we enjoyed the location, the beds were comfortable and everything seemed pretty well cleaned.
