In Saint-Malo, this charming 50 m² flat with sea view and secure private parking, 100 m from the Sillon beach, has wifi (fibre optics) and can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 4th floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive 18 m² living room, fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom and a bathroom (with shower). Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation comprises
- 18 m² living room with TV and sofa bed
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower and washing machine.
- Separate WC

Outside:
- A balcony to enjoy the fine weather

The flat is ideally located in Saint-Malo, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's secure, above-ground private car park.
For other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Bus: Lines 3 and 9 ‘Digue’ stop
- Nearest train station: 1km - 15mn walk.
- Nearest airport: Rennes 80 km
- The Thermes Marins de St Malo are 750m away.

Beautifully located, facing the large Sillon beach, with a view of the sea from the balcony where you can admire the rhythm of the tides.

Saint Malo delight

My husband and I loved this flat with a view of the sea from the kitchen and living room. Sea across the street. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Small but well-appointed kitchen. Appreciated the washing machine and drying racks. We highly recommend this place for a nice stay.

The parking was also very convinient for those who travel by car. The flat was spacious, the kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom all were decorated neatly and the flat was clean. The view from the kitchen and the living is nice, especially we enjoyed the view during the storm. My wife had to work from there for a day and internet was fast enough. Overall, very staisfied!"

Zuvor wurden uns bereits Informationen zum Apartment und zur Umgebung zugeschickt. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Lage war für uns perfekt: wenige Schritte bis zum Meer und nur ein kurzer Spaziergang in die Stadt. Supermarkt, eine nettes Café und mehrere Restaurants befinden sich in der gleichen Straße. Internet hat auch gut funktioniert. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der Ausblick vom Balkon. Wir würden das Apartment sofort wieder buchen."
