Stay in the heart of St. Paul's historic West 7th neighborhood in the stylish and updated upper level of a 1906 duplex. Enjoy the historic charm of the gorgeous original hardwood floors and the modern elegance of a recently renovated kitchen and bathroom, all while being centrally located in the Twin Cities area. You'll be minutes from MSP airport, the Xcel Center, downtown Saint Paul, United Hospital, CHS Field, Keg & Case, and all the other attractions in the West 7th neighborhood.

THE SPACE
Original, recently refinished, hardwood floors, comfortable furnishings, and modern appliances all complete this upstairs West 7th duplex home. Enjoy the experience of a boutique hotel with modern amenities and historic charm, all while maintaining the comfort, flexibility, and privacy of a vacation home.

RING DOORBELLS:
We utilize Ring video doorbells for our guests' safety. This also allows us to ensure the booking details are accurate -- if more people than are listed attempt to check-in, or someone other than the person who made the reservation checks in, we'll be alerted.

The second bedroom contains a trundle bed to allow for the second single bed.

GATHERINGS:
Please be respectful of the guests staying downstairs. If you're looking to stay up until all hours of the evening, this isn't the best place to stay.

Cute spot in a great location

This place was super comfortable for my husband and me traveling with our adult daughter. The location is great - restaurants, bars, shops so close and a walk to the river is perfect.

Great location

This apartment is in a great location, so much happening nearby. It’s a well set up apartment, and very quiet. We really enjoyed our stay there. The hosts were great and easy to communicate with.

Great Location

We stayed at this rental for two months while looking for a home in Saint Paul, the location could not have been better. The unit is within walking distance to a couple of restaurants/bars and really short driving distance to others. The host is very communicative and responds promptly. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great location close to everything in Saint Paul.

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was in a great location, clean, and the neighborhood was very quiet. I should mention that there is no TV and there is a steep stairway to enter the unit.

Good for weekend stay

It’s a lovely little apartment setup and worked well for a weekend. Everything was clean and the owners were very quick to communicate when I had a question. It looked like a fun neighborhood with some quaint bars and restaurants. Unfortunately we did not get to try these while busy with family gatherings.

Great location

The apartment was a great location for getting to where we needed to be for the week. It’s an up and coming area that is close to cute shops and restaurants. Quick to MSP, quick to U of M and other campuses, and quick to St Paul sites and shopping. Communication was great, the apartment was as described. Glad I chose this one for our week in the St Paul area

Quiet place in lovely neighborhood

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful, quiet and comfortable apartment. The neighborhood has some real hidden gems, like the Brake Bakery which makes some of the best French pastries I’ve had in the US (I’m French BTW) ;) . The owners were super responsive. I highly recommend this place.

Broadcasting

My husband broadcasts for a radio station and we travel some way for the Minnesota State Wrestling tournament. This home is a great place to stay with easy access to everything we need when we are down there.

Cottage near west 7th

This was our second time staying here. It’s so convenient to our family who live in town. It’s centrally located to restaurants and activities. The kitchen and bathroom are very, very clean as it the rest of the apartment. Lots of space and comfortable furniture in the living room. Off street parking in the driveway. Hosts are super responsive if you need anything. Highly recommend. We will stay here again.

No tv's and the heating sucks

It was so cold each night. They say them heaters work but no matter what way you turn the controls they wouldnt heat up and if you want to watch a little football in peace you cant because no TV beds was hard to sleep in as well i have beem in a few vrbos in the passed this has been by far the worst one
