Contemporary 2 story with 2 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths in a pleasant neighborhood that provides a sensational view of the hills and distant volcano. This villa is in the community of San Miguel de Grecia,
about 15 minutes drive from the bustling town center of Grecia.
What a place to relax it is! Read a book on the upper balcony or have some wonderful coffee on the patio set in the yard. Hiking trails and waterfalls are a short drive away.
This beautiful home also provides clothes washer and dryer for your use.
Please note that the bedrooms and full bath are located upstairs. A highly rated orthopedic twin mattress is available for 5th guest in any bedroom or livingroom; you choose.
Kitchen, dining room, livingroom, laundry, and half bath are located on the ground level.
