8. Please request pack n play prior or air mattress at time reservation is confirmed so we can ensure it is in your unit when you check in
9. I'm not responsible for any closures, unforeseen or planned, of any building amenities. Due to such closures, refunds will not be given. Please also note that pools may be seasonal and we are not responsible for any refunds due to pool closure or maintenance.
10. For a smooth check-in, fill in the pre-checkin form sent to you after confirming your reservation. This provides access to our guest app with detailed check-in instructions, a house manual and useful links. The form requires a $200 hold for damage deposit which is removed within 3 days after check-in

Nice place

It was clean and I like the industrial feel of the building. There was no futon as mentioned in the description but there was an air mattress. Would stay here again.

Overall a great stay

The property is a bit outside of downtown (within walking distance and we had our older parents with us) but still 3-4 blocks to get to dinner or go anywhere downtown. Just be prepared to walk. The apartment was clean and well stocked. The front gate is hard to get in. Even with the instructions but this is the building itself (other tenants also had issues). The valet was wonderful to have and very quick to get the car. I would definitely stay here again.

Place was nice enough but online description was false

Online stated 2 beds , 1 couch, 1 pullout couch, and 1 air mattress to sleep 8. No couch and the couch that was supposed to be a pullout was not. So really only 7 if you double up every bed. Messaged manager and was told only that there was an air mattress in the closet. I responded to the message and never heard another word. The property was nice, clean, and enjoyable just misleading description.

Downtown condo

This property looked nothing like the pictures. The ceiling and walls were in need of repairs. Furniture was stained. Blow up mattress was badly stained and would not blow up. Small, maybe ants, we’re crawling on the kitchen floor and counter. We turned around and left. We went to a hotel. Not a good start to our vacation.

I officially started hosting in 2015 and incorporated my business as "Amyfinehouse" in 2018. It was an easy name to pick because it happened to be my nickname growing up because of my love for Amywinehouse. I thought this name actually fits well with what I do today.

Today, Amyfinehouse provides uniquely designed short term rentals with upscale amenities that offer vacation and business travelers a place to stay, work, and play. Our homes are spacious and located in walkable places, next to major city attractions or parks. We are a small business operator that offers a personal touch, consistency, and professional customer service. There is no need to stay in a cookie-cutter hotel or short term rental from a large short term rental operator.
